    Hello Sir Option A The entire living room space is 7.25x6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25x4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3x2.75m. Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living rooms which one is bigger and better?

      Hello. Thank you for your question. If I were you, I would choose option B. But if you want a more spacious living room and kitchen with an open space, you should increase the length of the house by another 1 or 2 meters. This way, your living room and kitchen will be larger. If you have run out of building land, then you should choose option B.

If your land has a longer length and you want to create a VIP area of 3x2.75m in Option B or a bar counter space, you should extend the house by 1 or 2 meters. At this point, the house will have a length of 13 or 14 meters.
