@@AARonHDYT did you tap the harness to the parking lights? That means nothing was messed with with the headlight swap. If you have it on the headlight side it maybe because a difference in internal wiring of the headlight. Mines work every time as I’m wired to the trucks wiring harness and not the headlights themselves.

@@goatk1 So the way I got it hooked up to the parking lights, I bought an adapter that hooks up between the harness of the truck and the headlights themselves which also had two wires for me to be able to hook up the grille. It worked fine for my Alpha Rex headlights with zero issues but doesn’t seem to have the same effect with the inginuity time ones. I was trying to avoid using wire tappers as much as possible lol. So you’re thinking I gotta tap straight into the trucks harness?

@@goatk1 so I tried tapping straight to the trucks wire harness but it still randomly shuts off when it wants to. I’ll drive somewhere and when I turn the truck off. Just the beams stay on and no other drls or parking lamps. I’m thinking about tapping to the low beams and high beams. I have no idea what the issue is because I can’t find anyone else with this problem!

@@adriancillo619 yeah they can it’s a screw on the backside. It’s harder to get too the stock but it’s there.

@@bobbymadding2022 both routes! One with a switch pro for both whites and ambers. Then I went to the fog light harness and tapped the original DRL signal and tapped the headlights for turn signals

@@nickhawes2523 actually it’s wedged between the bolts that hold the crash bar. I also never found out what the bar was for but it acts as a rigid member for the end caps. I currently have a heavy duty zip tie also just in case for some reason it works free

@@goatk1 I am having the same problem. That bolt won’t come out because it’s too long. You just loosened it enough to slip the end of the bar under it?

@@nickhawes2523 my crash bars are cut off. So I cut one of the bolts out and used a metal tie through the hole of the flat bar and the crash bar bolt hole

@@cesargarcia386 it’s a metal bumper so it will rust but only if your paint work isn’t good. I painted mines over as the paint from the manufacturer is thin and not that great. The bumper doesn’t appear to be primered very well either. So I don’t have rust but you will get rust if not prepped and repainted well.

Yes I did. There’s a screw I pointed out in my other video I got to it with a stubby screw driver and my friend helped me do it in a Walmart parking lot

@@nicholasarcher1076 light wise brighter but there’s a lot of high level technical stuff I learned in this process regarding hot spots and concentration. All in all I’m happy as this set is less then a 3rd of the price I would have had to pay for 1 replace oem quad due to a failed DRL

@@Krunch2020 they are big and have some heft but didn’t see it on the gauge. I don’t have a light foot either.

Just a heads up most vendors are looking for 24+ specific content as thats the new hot thing

@@alimohamed2491 there are cheaper options that work well but ultimately find a setup like mines in case you need to make configurations
