Judging by the next door building, this apartment is in the same complex as Uwajimaya.
Please correct me, i'm not american. 2500 on rent suppose to be like 10-15% of a person made per month after tax and all. I wanna be optimist so i'll take it 10%. Let's time it by 12, so he makes roughly 300K a year take home pay. Wdyt? Sounds right? Or it is like whooping 25% on rent? I genuinely don't know.
Most people pay 50% or more in rent these days.

People very rarely spend 10% of their take home on rent per month regardless of income bracket or location. I’d doubt that happens (on average) anywhere in the world.

In AZ for 2200 a month I get a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story single family home thats 2500 sq ft with a 3 car garage and also one of the largest backyards on the block 😂 I'll just continue to burn here. I come from Cali an expensive state as well. I'll be okay lol

Large spec home in a nice area. $2.2-2.6M For $4.5M you could have at least skipped Cascade windows and went for Millgard or something higher spec'd. And no automatic blinds? Geez! That slope in the yard is the real deal breaker.
