I plan on visiting in the summer. When I visit places I’d rather stay in less touristy areas and get the more authentic vibes. Brooklyn the best borough to stay?
Visit flushing queens. I live in queens and it's better than touristy china town. It has actual Chinese food.

Astoria Queens is very diverse and authentic. Full of cultures like greek, egyptian, and etc. You should go visit. Also, there are many parks like astoria park.
