Why can't I play like that ?
We're so lucky for you3 New Year's resolution!
Coming across this video in my reel and remembering the impact Ms Murphy's tragedy had on many who didn't know her...😢...thank you for a beautiful recording ❤
So good.
Thank you so much for this. I'm just trying to get the hang of it here
This tune was written by Pat Crowley ( of Mary Black's Band)
Lovely playing of this tune!
Just found this one. What a cracking reel! Your playing is amazing, adding loads of interest to an already captivating tune. Chapeau !
One of my faves! Very nice! :)
Wonderful. Thank you --- much appreciated.
Hello, I am an Irish whistle lover from China, and I plan to learn the Irish flute in the future. A long time ago, I accidentally heard Pachelbel’s Frolics, but I couldn’t find the score of this Canon adaptation. Today I found you on TH-cam, and your performance is very similar to what I heard at the beginning. It would be a great honor for me if you can share the five-line or simplified score with me. May God bless you.
Absolutely excellent, Sarah! This is one of my favorites to play and your version has some brilliant touches!
Thanks for another great tune. This one bounces along beautifully the way you play it.
Always nice to see a new tune from you in my feed in the morning! Thanks for doing this!
Lovely strong sound! Love it.. any tips on getting those B rolls? I am starting to get the A rolls, but still can't do those B rolls; I kinda just fluff it or do a tongue ornament 😝
lovely played, warm "hello" from Costa Rica
Sarah, I like you on the flute and I like you on the tin whistle...you're amazing!
Yesss!!🔥 Love your playing Sarah! Thanks for sharing. BTW... On Josie's album this tune is called The Kerry Man. Cheers Michael
ty Sarah!
Had a bike accident in May 24 this year and broke my left wrist and right shoulder so I'm not playing much and have gone back in my progress. I used to play this tune.😢 Anyway..Inspirational playing.
That is so sad 😢I hope you get your strength and health back soon and don’t give up , you will play again ❤
Wow!!! Your swing is sooo 🔥 good
Agreed. A top of the range flute helps too
Such a beautiful jig. Thanks.
Splendid.
You play tasty music.
Very nice. Not an easy tune to play on a flute without keys. Hup!
Holeeeey!!.... You are the SOURCE!
Thanks Sarah. Really appreciate you sharing your talent. Very helpful.
Great playing!
Man, that's a beast of a tune, and you killed it! Awesome job! Love the history and context you give each one, and love to hear you play. Glad to see you're back! Hope all is well.
Splandid !
Yay, Sarah’s back! Love the playing and the stories!

Glad to see you back Sarah! Missed your recordings!
You give so much context to the music. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and talent!
Excellent as always. I’d like to learn this one, though like you said..baby, work, life might make that a challenge!
That is a formidable piece to have to memory. Amazing!
I really like your way of playing!👍👍👏👏
Just wonderful.
Outrageous playing!!! You have given me so many ideas for variations 👏
The best and most interesting flute and whistle channel is back!
Aww thanks!!
deadly
Lovely playing as always, Sarah! This cheered me up today.
Lovely! Thanks for linking to the recording as well! 👍
She's back!!!
And very welcome back
Maybe it just took that time to learn all of Lord Gordon’s… that’s my theory and I’m sticking to it. Five practice play throughs would take the intervening time anyway. 😅
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wow indeed
lovely jig heard it played after the green fields of Woodford nice set
