Great cover, and a great band. Love that guitar solo and as someone who can't play anything I always love seeing how solos I like are played. There's probably no tabs for it and they are very obscure, but Agony Face - XV: What? Chimera! is a cool song with a neat sounding guitar solo in it. Even if it's too much without some tabs, hopefully you just enjoy the song.

@@loganross6436 thanks man, yeah I got tabs for the first 3 songs off the album years ago from a friend that got them from the band. I would normally put tabs in the description but im not sure if they want them publicly shared. You should ask them for tabs though, they're active again!

Let me know if there is a specific technique you would like to see an exercise for! Trying a new format for these of being really slow then going up to a relatively fast speed not sure if ill always do it this slow but I figured for this lick its helpful.

how did you hit the pinch harmonics on the E string??? mine always fades while the slide😭😭
@@M1Y4Z1M4 hahaha I feel you these types of pinches are so difficult. (Sorry for long explanation) What I find that has helped is you need to make sure its the correct pinch harmonic so play the note you need to pinch and then start moving your picking hand up and down the string doing pinch harmonics. There are a TON of pinch harmonics per fret so first you need to find the right one. Usually the correct one being used in situations like this, with a slide, also have more sustainability than other pinch harmonics on that fret, its not always the case but it is alot of the time tbh honest though I forget how this one is lol this solo was hard in every way 😭. Then its just getting a feel for doing it more consistently and as you practice it more and more it all just gets easier! This is something I honestly never worked on too much but I find compared to other techniques and stuff this gets alot easier to do quicker than other things so dont fret and keep practicing! One more thing is your tone can effect pinch harmonics so easily so if you find no matter what after a fair amount of practice you just can't get it you might need to tweak your tone a little.

Hell yeah, great band but don't see much love for them sadly. The guitar solo in that track is awesome, every time it comes on I end up rewinding to hear the solo again.

@@MMarchioro thanks! I used a different tone on those to get more of the "bleep bloop" clean sound like the original song has. I also recorded that part over and over and tons of different times and sections. Its so hard to get stuff like that smooth sounding lol
