It’s a statement for when the odds for a comeback are pretty much impossible. Literally only a true master could pull out a win from a borderline unwinnable situation.
It's a joke he'd been saying as a running gag through the entire bracket whenever a lopsided victory was imminent, as in, "only a true master can bring it back while the other guy is so far ahead." You can hear him yell "I SAID IT IT FINALLY WORKED!" during the post-match freaking out.

Lol, not at all. Mygod is a fantastic sabrewulf, no one can deny that, but waiting out the clock for that long, you know something is gonna go wrong. There was plenty of time for Sleep to rearrange his patterns. Also, Mygod was wearing around-ear headphones, probably pumping some music through or maybe the game audio, not sure. What I am pretty sure of is that either way, he wouldn't be able to hear the crowd if the noise cancelling was alright. Secondly, Sleep was sitting on a pixel, Mygod had the upper hand the entire time. All he had to do was to find the openings to dash foward, like whenever Sleep went for the clutch or a swarm. Even if Sleep blocked, the chip damage done through the block would still kill him. Really ain't anyones fault Mygod played the way he did lol.

it's sad that they nerfed Kan Rah that much though. you'll never see anything like this with Kan Rah anymore. Sleep is talking about dropping the character all together. I hate this new generation of games. No one has the opportunity to adapt anymore. All you get is complain, patch, complain, patch complain and more patch. I'm not even a Kan Rah player but they should have not done the character like that
no trust me Kan-Ra was stupid ridiculous in S2 but he's still a very much a threat in S3. All this talk about adapting well then just adapt to the balance change.

+sonicteam2k1 a top player dropping a character doesn't mean anything lol. Spinal is still being used by Bass despite the nerfs. why? because Bass chose to adapt to the balance changes. Spinal isn't even anywhere near as great as he used to be. Patches come when characters do stupid ridiculous shit for free, it was well known throughout the community that Kan-Ra needed some adjustments, even pro players understood that.
Of course it means something he is a player who could use Kan Ra at full potential, if he dropped completely the character it obviously mean he feels the character is no longer viable against players on his skill level.
