Despite what many think, you can't out train a bad diet! If you want to improve your health or performance, the right NUTRITION is key.
Imagine feeling fantastic during every training session with enough energy to push yourself. Where you recovery quickly and can back-up and train again tomorrow or even that same day. Having a clear plan so you know what to eat each day to get the best bang-for-your-buck out of training. A different strategy for a rest day vs a heavy training day...

Steve's insider secrets to a 64 minute PB at Sunshine Coast 70.3
Today, I’m thrilled to share a conversation with an incredible athlete, and member of the Triathlon Nutrition Academy, Steve Duquette. We’re going to discuss his performance at last year’s Sunshine Coast 70.3, where he smashed his PB by more than an hour. Listen in while he shares the strategies that helped him achieve this incredible result!
You might think a result like that comes from an easy race, but think again. Steve faced multiple unexpected challenges on race day, like waves that felt like a washing machine or blinding sun that knocked him off course. But thanks to his preparation, his training, and (of course) his nutrition, Steve persevered!
And, of course, the role of the community cannot be overstated. As part of our Supercharged Squad, Steve not only had access to what I teach but also the collective ideas and wisdom of the group.

Hahaha, I have bought all that stuff! Too bad I didn't find this before I bought all that stuff... still trying to avoid divorce on the daily tho!
I'm glad you brought up the fact of anti doping and this being prohibited from racing. IMO, there should be 0 discussion about anything else. Unless you are checked into a hospital this is cheating, the same as steroids etc...
couldn't agree more! Thanks for watching :)
Woooo! I didn't know you were here! How did I miss this (it's Lee Lee)
Oh hi there :) Welcome to YT!
At the end of the day if it works for u then that's good. If it doesnt work for u then it doesn't matter how much test or science back up. Everyone reacts differently to different product. After saying that I've used this product as part of my cycling training and in just 2 months I've notice i recover extremely good. I can train harder and my improvement in performance shows in my strava segments.
What a shitty video

Hey! Let me get your thoughts on this... I saw your content and loved it! So I was wondering if you'd be interested in hearing about our events. We are looking for speakers that would want to be a part of our events in Utah, Las Vegas and Arizona. What do you think?
I have also used enemas for detoxing, fitness, health, and wellness.
I think it's more about not having pesticides in them.
I like how yall aren't just screaming ORGANIC IS THE ONLY WAY or something lol. All food is organic if you wanna get really semantic or tongue in cheek or whatever. Also, i thought organic was more about less pesticides? Less chemicals leeching into them and getting to you?
exactly. At the end of the day, it's about eating well with what you have available
Just like how the term "natural" is used for highly processed foods like meat replacements.
exactly!
Thank you for your reaction, they now $138 for one time or $119 for monthly subscription.
Love the episode! but the title is for Ep 96
Hi, Kery. Thanks for letting us know. Title fixed now. :)

Also, it comes across as a bit of sour grapes that your patient didn't get the green light from you first before purchasing his supplement. People tend not to like (or trust) gatekeepers.
These clients that don’t like what she says shouldn’t have dietitian in first place if he’s not following her guidance to health
Aside from the antioxidant effects, I'[m interested in this compound for it's circulatory effects. Improved blood flow and nitric oxide benefits are what I'm most interested in. I take L-Citruline supplements along with magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2 (for decalcification of my soft tissues). Is Pycnogenol as good as they say for those purposes?
