A Very Detailed QUESTIONS and ANSWERS!

Question. Did Nora sail away on purpose 😂
You are having way too much fun. 🎉❤
Nothing like a hot shower when you get home😂
❤❤
❤❤ best pure sailors on the SOC
❤
Nothing like drama at sea. Great recovery❤
Audio mixing needs some work, good video overall but the music volume vs the voice volume was significantly different.
Nice voiceover!
You should sell those books!
Nice video. Love the muppets clip❤❤
❤❤
Fun video. Wish I could have been there. ❤❤
Mi hai annoiato
La bandiera sventola bene per il vento che c’è. Perché cazzo non va. Bha
The second boats was a mexican coastguard....probably aproach due to your calls........inexperience sailors...exaggerate everything
That was Mexican search and rescue. It was no exaggeration. That first boat came looking for an easy target. We made sure we were not one. I don't like to call myself experienced. There is always more to learn. But I've been sailing my entire life and have been living aboard boats for 12 years. Cruising for 2. I don't think it's quite fair to call me inexperienced.
They we're not try to robb You those guys exchange cigarretes and liquor for shrimp to the shrimp boats very common in that área......they have done it for decades.....they Made profit in the bargain
In case you dont know there are laws with the right of course on sea, a cruiser has priority over a sailboat. Just in case you are run over next time they will not stop or leave their route for you.
Maybe you mean cruise ship? Because this was not one. This was a private yacht. I did have the right of way, and I'm not one to be caught being "dead right"
@@singletack Yatchs have the right of course over sailboats of your size.
Yacht does not have a clear enough definition to be part of right of way. A sail boat under sail has right of way over a private motor vessel. Also he was over taking. Also he adjusted course multiple times in order to maintain a very close pass.
@@singletack They have a clear international definition. Its called a ship with reduced maneuverability. They have priority over sailboats. Maybe you should go and take an RYA course or study some more.
@@singletack On top of the fact you should have gone right and pass on his port, never cross his path like you did.
Being overly cautious is not a bad thing. I once had a private fishing boat bearing down on me under sail and he was on auto pilot and asleep at the helm I am sure. I turned at the last possible moment and blasted him with my horn. The boat stopped in the water about 50 yards away and I saw someone come up from below deck. He appeared to have no idea of how close he was to me. Every since that day I give all boats a wide berth. Good Job Captain.
As a former Great Lakes ferry boat captain with a 100-ton masters license, I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill with regards to the yacht. I know that the camera may distort the distance and they may have been closer than they appear here, but to me. it looked like good seamanship on both vessels captains. I would have given them a wave back. Just sayin'. As for the late night intruders...that's just scary. I'm glad you're all OK.
Thanks for the comment and well wishes. We tried to hail them multiple times with no response and they adjusted course to have a tight CPA many times as well. If this was a tight waterway or if they had responded I would have understood but this was too close for no radio/open water.
Love this story❤
engine FULL POWER
❤❤
Love seeing the excess of solar power tests!!
Good job
That Angel Island path is the move.
❤❤love the name and spirt of the name Single Tack.
Dolphins and Whales always make the day a great one❤❤
Excellent. I hope your windlass fix worked.
It did! Thank you.
I think your way of doing it is best anyways. So many cruisers seem to have skin problems, or rapidly deteriorating skin. What sort of solution do you have for your face/skin?
I use lots of chapstick and sunscreen on my face. I try to keep both a hood and hat on. I have not been great about it but I have been trying to wear a buff more often as well.
❤
"service it" lol
❤❤
You missed taking the panga to the beach area
You got us!
❤❤
Thanks Bob, I'm so excited to have you show up in one of these soon!
That was a fun video. Thanks for sharing a special day❤
I've been to a few parties now and I was nervous that the filming would have reduced the experience. To my surprise it made it so much better. Looking for our next window to cross to La Paz right now!
❤❤
You are their test bed and you get to share the expense what a deal.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

@@AntoineGrondin no regen but have been around 130 years and use standard parts. ib and ob mostly 48 volt more for higher hp. use any battery
❤
Sorry about the outboard problems, but I see you got a new flag.
Galletas “Marias”❤

Wassup
A boat that is...?
that was making me nervous in that shallow water. Great problem solving❤❤
