Moreover, at the above link, the mythical fines accessed by the FCC, makes the FCC complicit in denying our 4th Amendment right to privacy. Our Constitution and the US Supreme Court have long since weighed in on the legality of passing laws that circumvent our constitutional rights... If they do they are "null and void!" An the mythical guy named "Ballsack" did not pay a fine! So the whole "fining $$$ fear factor" is a distraction and or a media designed intrusion scheme of deterrence. Another false claim distraction is that they would interfere with emergency vehicles. GPS transmissions operate on many different frequencies as there are many different frequencies to different versions of bluetooth radio transmissions! Emergency vehicles are on their own private secured bands and GPS & radio transmission, as are Airport Control Towers and airplane navigation systems, that cannot be easily accessed by the public. Ie. no airplanes have “EVER” fallen from the sky from a passenger who forgot to put his phone in airplane mode! Now my question to the poster… why didn’t he just use a cell phone and or show us how well it works in a modern car with GPS, so we know it works on current Auto GPS navigation and cellphone frequencies!!! Finally, why is it everybody is acting so stupid to these facts and no one even comments at a link like this, where everyone here should be standing up for out freedoms and right to buy a jammer! In a pattern of activity I will get no comments whatsoever, even from you and your posting! The lack of comments to this informative common sense reply to your post… will prove our investigation and herein posted adjudicative facts of law are being silenced by the same creepy government thugs that extort taxes and liberties using the internet too! It's pointless if it only sends a notification but does not ring the phone to alert you to the smoke alarm activated if you are not at the place of the fire, other apps send a notification but you could have lots of notifications you are not going to view them all. It needs some thing to ring the phone then you can check the notification. If you don't hear the notification then your home or business could be destroyed!!!
