Thank you for your videos...I came across this channel through a Google search...my daughter is in her 2nd year of color guard...she loves it, has fun, but takes it serious...I had shown her 2 of your videos about 2 weeks ago...well last night I picl her up from practice...straight away she's telling me about their progress, who needs to work on what like hand placement and tosses like what Peter talked about then she says she needs to work on such an such move like Peter showed...there are only 2 guys on that team neither of which have that name lol I said whoa wait who is Peter?? To which she replied, "Omg, Mom! The flag guy from the videos you showed me!" 🤣 I appreciate your hard work, Peter.

This has helped my guard soooo much!!!! We are just starting rifle and are using these videos for online learning. The exercises are great for my kids to use at home and it reinforces what I’m teaching whenever we get to be together in school. Thank you for doing these and posting them where we can really use them. Your a great teacher and have great technique❤️❤️❤️

What you are calling a “drop spin” is really a “consecutive.” I marched HS world class and Independent world. Did they change the terminology?

What is your recommendation for a "proper weight" when using carriage bolts? I have heard so many different opinions. (1.5 &3, 2&3, etc...)
