CNCPT - 2024 commercial
We recently partnered up with Harley-Davidson Rotterdam & Amsterdam, and were asked to apply our signature caferacer style to their latest Harley-Davidson line-up. The first project (2023 Sportster S) was such a success that we decided to permanently team up under the brand CNCPT (pronunciation: /ˈkɑːn.sept/).
With CNCPT we aim to bring a rebellious edge to the already fantastic Harley-Davidson line-up, and introduce one of the best known motorcycle brands in the world to the modern caferacer scene in spectacular fashion.

Bruh im trying to find a sound clip of this exhaust and I CAN NOT find one 😢
@@Ash-bx6kq I’ll upload a new one on YT and IG, but our latest short has the exhaust clip as well!🙏🏻
@Powerbrickperformance thanks! Appreciate the fast response. I already have some stainless headers so I was considering the 4 to 1 collector and re-01 muffler from your site. Do you think the headers would change the sound dramatically? Also, might be a stretch, but I couldn't find any pics of a finished collector on your listing, will it look the same as the collector in this kit? Do you have any pics of it if not? Thanks!
Ok ok not bad
You forgot to put the pushrod in, didn't you? 😊
The pushrod and cap are actually there if you look closely at 6:08! I just forgot to add a shot of inserting it🙃
''splat''
🔥🔥🔥
How much does it cost?
What size rim did you use???
Lekker muziekje 👍
Looks like one of those HOOKIE bikes.
Hey Tim, I’ve sent an email, but a response here might help others. I bought the subframe from you, and my fabricator has encountered a few issues we’re working through. The tabs on the tank don’t fully line up with the tabs on the subframe. When the tank is fully seated on the front grommets, the insert holes on the subframe are slightly too wide and sit further back. Are you modifying the tank for your builds? (Assumed your'e using the K1100 tank). Right now we are considering removing the insert tabs on the subframe and welding in a new spot. Additionally, the subframe sits slightly proud of the K1100 frame. Not having seen your build in person, it’s hard to tell if this is normal. In the videos, it looks flush. Appreciate the advice.
@@ChrisClick Hi Chris! I’ve just replied to your email. The biggest catch is the fact that the original frame by BMW is not perfectly straight or parallel and there is a slight difference between bikes. For this reason we offer tabs with a slight over length to be able to grind them down and get the fit perfect instead of having to fill in large gaps during welding. This does require a little work but allows the connection to be structurally stronger in the end. Another important aspect, is that the subframe should be seated and tagged in place while the original frame is mounted on the bike. This will help to keep the original frame from distorting during welding, and get the original frame in the right position (theres a certain tension in these frames while they’re assembled and it’s essential to keep this stock. Welding onto the frame without it being mounted will alter it’s eventual position and create conflicting tensions in the frame itself). Welding using TIG is the best way in this case. Very important to add is that we do not alter any parts on the subframe or the tank, so please refrain from doing so. It would damage any of these parts beyond repair. Hope that helps and if you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out!
Oh brother... Tell me you didn't tighten those screws in the order you showed.

What NOCO battery model have you installed?
@@vanhalen7856 we use the NLP20. The NLP14 would be sufficient, but only if you take the bike for a decent spin. If you do short rides better go for the NLP20
Great detailed work, very helpful in understanding how to do it right. Maybe eliminate the music? Thanks
Excelente trabajo...gracias..❤
Your bike turned out so nice! Bought a k100 view weeks ago for my project i allready started❤
Can the 4 into 1 collector work with original headers?

Gracias!!

Is it street legal in Europe? Or just for show?
This is fully street legal!
Amazing work!
great bike! what material did you use to 3d print the front mask?
How to contact these people. I also want to do this project I have all BMW I want to transform please help anyone.
Can I change the front crankshaft seal through the ignition Timing plate?
Do you make / sell Sub-wiring loom with all connectors for K100 rs 8v?
How difficult is the r1100 rear swing arm conversion on a k100?
Ahhh same question please 🙏 😂
Is the exhaust fitted with an O2 sensor?
Hello, where did you get NRV with oil chamber? and how its connected?
Big fan of your products, Powerbrick. Bike looks amazing. It seems like you're using a Magura slave cylinder for the clutch which is a mineral oil cylinder. How are you making that work with Brembo DOT levers?
@@martinnaylor2027 hi Martin, theres a seal kit for the Brembo RCS that allow it to take mineral oil!
That's fantastic news. Appreciate the information. Do you happen to have a source to obtain said kit?
@@PowerbrickperformanceI would love to know that as well, where to get this seal kit. I’ve dug the internet but couldn’t find it 😕
If anyone knows, please share if possible.
Amazing! Are the wiring looms on the website? it would make my life easier, if you sold it in a complete M-Unit kit lol
Hi Flacko! Unfortunately these are made fully custom and we do not sell these.
Super mooi werk boy’s !!!!
What was the white grease that were you using?

Nice build❤ what are the total cost of this project?
@@Dsignerz our builds range from €35K to €40K. Pure cost wise you would be looking at approx. €25K
What is the hydraulic clutch off
@@ronkershaw it’s a magura slave, available in our store!
@@PowerbrickperformanceFirst of all all of your work is amazing !! And thank your for your crazy builds ! I’ve one question about the master cylinder, Magura says that we only fit with the one of their brand but you fit a Brembo is it working also good with any radial master cylinder ? Thank you in advance 👌
@@Jef42512 it will work with any master cylinder as long as it’s max. 16mm in diameter and accepts mineral oil
Also 1-Mo Unig Blue 2- Motoscope 3-Break Box B or A ? 4- MO Lock 5-MO Buttons Was noch ??
Break box B or A have to use ?
@@Bornamortezaei depends on how many sensors you want to use. A is usually enough, but B will show you water, oil temp, etc. You would need to add those sensors in the water pump though
Phenomenal design practices here. Well done.
@@BROOKLYNSPEED Thank you👊🏼👊🏼
Powerbrick always killing it, and this video is no different. Top of the game!!!!
@@TheMotoSomm Thank you!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🖖🏼
Instructions for torque?
Love your work man ! Absolutely outstanding, and the attention to details 🤩
Thank you!
Everything about this project is perfect. In addition, you didn’t crimp the ends of the wires into sleeves.
Those sleeves get in the way , get stuck in terminals when you want to make changes. Soldering lightly will work better.
@@BROOKLYNSPEED agreed, the sleeves add too much thickness especially on the larger output wires.
😍 Why not use the m.button?
@@Schillerm82 the new Mo.button LED used on this build come pre wired with a PCB, so theres no possibility to wire the individual buttons. Additionally I would mainly recommend the M-button for conventional handlebars instead of clip-ons. As you can tuck it inside the handlebar and both sides are connected to it.
