I only go to professionals for a good trim but I will dust my ends myself every other month with really well blow dried hair ! But your hair is sooooo nice !

I’m back with another quick, healthy and satisfying meal to add to the rotation. All you need is some prepared sushi rice, your protein of choice, some fresh veggies, dried seaweed and/or sesame seeds + a homemade or premade (I went with the latter to save time) teriyaki sauce. Here’s what I used: @oceans sushi rice Marinated extra firm tofu baked in the air fryer Cucumber Shredded carrots Avocado Crumbled roasted seaweed snacks @primalki teriyaki sauce What would you add to yours?

A quick taco 🌮 Tuesday option for when you’re short on time. Sauté some bell peppers and onions until fragrant then toss in some canned/boxed black beans. Add your favorite taco seasonings or premade taco seasoning mix like this delicious one from @sietefoods that I used. Combine well. Warm up your tortillas or grab your taco shells. Add the beans, bell peppers and onions on a bed of fresh greens. Sprinkle some shredded cheese (I used @daiyafoods) and salsa plus any other toppings you enjoy that you have on hand. I wanted to add avocado but mine sadly weren’t ripe enough. If you love cilantro like we do (I know-people either love it or hate it lol) that’s a nice addition as well. We all enjoyed it with some chips and salsa on the side. This combo is also toddler approved😉Enjoy!

An easy protein smoothie great for a post workout treat or afternoon snack. I just eyeballed the amounts for the fruit and poured enough milk to cover it. I only measured the protein powder, PB and the seeds: Frozen banana Frozen blueberries Frozen strawberries Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your fav milk) 1 serving vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp hemp seeds Blend and enjoy!

A simple afternoon smoothie 🍍🍒. I used all frozen fruit…cuts down on prep time and makes for quicker smoothies. This one has: Cherries Pineapple Mango Hemp seeds Chia seeds I don’t typically add cherries to my smoothies but I actually liked this combo. Pineapple and mangoes are my favorites to use in smoothies and they mix well with so many others. What’s your favorite fruit to use in smoothies?

Here’s a simple charcuterie board that you can put together as a treat for yourself, or to share with a partner or friend. You can really get creative and use any variation of these items that appeal to you. The core of it is a couple cheese options, a sliced meat alternative or two, some fresh fruit, crackers or bread, then some other add-ins of your choice. I went with almonds and dark chocolate. Arrange them together on a cutting board, serve with your beverage of choice (wine, sparkling water, kombucha, etc) in a pretty glass and enjoy! Vegan alternatives I used (delicious & non-vegan approved in my experience👌🏾): @miyokos Cashew milk mozzarella (soft and creamy) @daiyafoods Medium Cheddar Style Block (perfect paired with the crackers) @sweetearth Plant-based Applewood Smoked Sliced Ham (tastes exactly how it sounds)

* 2 oz tequila of choice (I used Mindful Drinking Co ISH non-alcoholic Mexican Agave Spirit) * 1 oz lime juice * 2-4oz ginger beer * 3 oz pomegranate juice * Garnish options: fresh rosemary, cranberries and thin lime wedges Mix tequila/spirit, lime juice, ginger beer, and pomegranate juice in a glass with ice until well combined. Garnish with fresh rosemary, cranberries and lime. Drink and enjoy!
