Time laps bad weather conditions in Ala-Archa National Park in Kyrgyzstan

On the way to the Adygene glacier in the Ala-Archa National Park in Kyrgyzstan, the weather suddenly changed. However, we were able to make a time-lapse recording of the storm.

Bolivia is one of my dream travel destinations. I am just concern about altitude sickness.
It depends the city, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz are cities were there is no altitude compared to La Paz or all the occident cities.
