    Hi Berta!🥰 I keep returning to your planner videos looking to see if you have the 2025 Weekly/Vertical. I’ve been looking online at Target each week to no avail. Office Depot is sold out of the vertical weekly. Although it more expensive I would have bought it. I’ve been looking for comparable ones on Amazon, but it’s not the same. Do you have any recommendations? I’m starting to think they didn’t offer it this year at Target? So disappointed. 😢

I love that layout too and have not seen it either from Day Designer yet, but if you search for "Appointment Book or Appointment Planner" on Amazon, Target, or Walmart, you will find some with the vertical weekly planning. I've used "At-A-Glance" in the past as well. They have the same vertical layout. Hopefully Day Designer will come through for us with a 2025 Vertical Weekly planner!

    Thanks for making this video. When I watched that gratitude episode, I didn't really understand how to put it in practice. It's easy to write or think of things I'm grateful for, but it's totally different to recount my memories when others shared their gratitude to me about me. I was also befuddled to try and put into a daily practice of recounting stories of other people's gratitude. You made it more concise and practical.

I do the same practice of writing things down I'm grateful for, but you're right, practicing gratitude in the ways Andrew shared in his podcast is so very different than anything I had ever done.       That’s a great practice using your Day Designer to capture your daily prayer of gratitude. The “why it went well” can trip me up sometimes. It’s easy if I feel I had a hand it why something went well, or what role I played. But it’s not always the case. I really like that addition to the practice along with the gratitude piece. 😊 I wrote you down as one of my three things tonight. Thank you for always sharing your positive energy with me in the comments. No one really ever comments on my videos, which is fine. I still like sharing content to hopefully help. But you make it a lot more fun! Thank you! 😊

    Love your videos! My favorite planner is the Day Designer weekly/monthly with vertical week. I like the smaller one. I need the time blocking one for appointments for clients. Waiting for 2025 to come out at Target. It hasn’t hit the shelves in Hawaii yet.

    This sounds really useful. Two things I've used effectively are: - Avoid actively thinking about any topic, embrace the random jumping of thoughts that often precedes sleep - A similar technique to focus on unimportant thoughts. Started with 7. Think of 7 and let my mind wander from there. Might think of dwarfs, or samuri, or Bridges Road, or a hand of 7 cards. Figured when that stopped working would change to a different number or maybe a color or any adjective or even an adverb like slowly.

      @mikeman715 Hi Michael, Thank you so much for watching! 😊 After all these years, I’m still really inspired by Bill Porter, and used it as an example in this video for how I was practicing gratitude by having observed Bill receive it. But since learning about practicing gratitude in this way from Andrew Huberman, I’ve realized the opportunity to do so is everywhere! For example, yesterday I was in line at a store buying some books, and the person ahead of me had a problem with an item she had from the store. I watched her nervously approach the employee behind the counter to tell her about it and much to her surprise, the employee immediately offered a solution that the customer was really happy about. The customer expressed sincere gratitude to the employee and a heartfelt reason why the solution was so helpful to her. It was neat to watch the employee receive this gratitude and realize that what appeared to be a small thing to her was a big deal to the customer. So that’s an example how I’m using this gratitude practice now by observing other people be on the receiving end of it. So I definitely sprinkle others in as they come into my life. :) I hope this answers your question, and thanks again for watching!

    Gee. That is totally odd that majority of labels do not list the amount of coffee. I wonder why that is. Is that because they don't want consumers to cut back on drinking coffee? I'm willing to bet, yes that's the reason.

    This is one of the most realistic and positive videos on health. A lot of influencers/youtubers talk about beginner exercises/diets that are not easy or beginner friendly at all and are rather demotivating for someone trying to start something new. I really needed this reminder about the importance of small steps and consistency! :)

      @ishitabansal6495 Thank you for your kind words. I completely agree with you. There is a lot of misinformation about what it takes to be healthy. Small, comfortable steps towards improvement that don't rely on willpower or require an enormous amount of time/energy really do lead to healthy habits that make a difference. :) Thank you so much for watching!

    I just finally had my breast reconstruction 5 weeks ago I had a double mastectomy with tissue expander so know my doctor wants me to massage my breast reconstruction but forgot how to do it lol

      Maybe your primary care physician or surgeon can get you into physical therapy? I had quite a bit of scar tissue build up, especially on the side with my dominant hand. Hopefully the exercises/messages they can prescribe would prevent that for you. I don't know if it would be beneficial before your swap surgery, but might be worth a conversation. I wish you ALL THE BEST! :)

    Thank you for sharing!! I just had the same surgery and I don't have the BRCA 1 or 2 either. So glad to hear from someone who has other likely mutations and family history.

      I'm so glad this was helpful. I do have a gene mutation related to BRCA1 (BRCA1 Interacting Protein 1). It was discovered years after my bilateral mastectomy. My genetic counselor is wonderful and tested all panels and not just for BRCA1 & BRCA2. Because like you said, there are other mutations (some of which have yet to be identified). Since my mother passed away from breast cancer, she was no longer here to test the other panels. So she tested my dad, and he was negative. So sure enough, I inherited it from my mom. The science keeps evolving and I'm so grateful I have the medical team I do. I hope you're surrounded by an amazing team too! Please know I'm rooting for you on your journey! 💗🙏
