Chapter 8 - Building the New
In chapter 8 Louise takes us forward to building the new by encouraging us to pay attention to what we are focusing on, reminding us that that the more you dwell on what you don’t want, the more you create.
One tool she speaks of are positive affirmations in the present moment eg. I am or I have
Louise goes on to challenge us to say I Approve of Myself as many times as possible each day - 300-400 times is not too many! Create a walking mantra and keep building and training your mind to move the worry aside and focus on what you do want to have and to be!
Thoughts only have power over us if we give into them…so pay attention!
