Had one do same and was a bad fan motor. They fixed it under warranty at no cost.

The cooling fan needs replaced.

I just received my Fridgedaire range yesterday and it is making the same buzzing noise. It seems to be a vibration, coming somewhere from the fan. I’ve owned many ovens in my life but this is my first one with an induction cooktop and my first fridgedaire, but it’s by far the loudest I’ve ever had. I’ve done more than the recommended 30 minute breakin time, so I guess I’m just wondering it this is normal or if it gets better with time? Did you get any resolution from Fridgedaire? I think I’m going to have to call them, because this can’t possibly be normal...

That's a brand new oven too.
