Scottish power changed my smart meter over to prepayment with no warning! It's not accepted 3 recent top ups, I have a 2 year old baby & an autistic 9 year old son. Work hard & have always paid my bills. Within the next few hours we're completely off supply and I don't owe any money. At present you owe me money! You're aware that us as customers call and get hung up on daily! It's not new news to your ears. Just look at trust pilot to see how disgraceful you are! Every hour another review appears. And you stand there acting like you care! Recently your head quarters was painted red! This was a demonstration for awareness of the blood on the hands of you and your disgraceful company. I'm sorry but after my experience with Scottish power I can't say anything more than that they're absolutely shocking. They tried to rip me off on my last bill when I moved to another provider until I challenged them and all of a sudden my £94 bill ended up with them owing me £12 funny that 🤷

I applied to the charitable foundation of Scottish power SED. I was awarded a 40% reduction on the total debt. Scottish power added the amount as debt to my meter. Really quite astounding.

I feel your pain & everyone elses. Only this shocker of a company has just got far worse...as if it was possible. These days, they send you emails that when you reply, it doesn't get delivered. They tell you to contact them via the internet & when you do, you cannot find the issue you want to discuss. You then ring them & after going through the same old same old tripe, you then get through to a representative in South Africa that doesn't understand English sufficiently to communicate properly. Cheapest labour you see. In their minds why pay an English speaking person working in the UK £15 per hour, when they can pay a very poor English speaking South African $1 per hour. Oh...on top of this, they are right up there with the biggest rip offs, frauds & jokes of a company to exist. They will not be getting a penny more from me until they 'now' contact me to resolve the complaint I have today put in. P.s they even use a contact number that has been reported so many times for spam, that it comes up as 'Potential Fraud' What a disgrace of a company. Utterly PATHETIC.
