Piper Pacer landing | GoPro With ATC Audio

Landing the Pacer at Yuma International (KNYL). Thanks for watching!
Beautiful big sky. Nice calm instruction. Nice😎
Outstanding. Congratulations! Tighten up those parachute straps nice-n-snug before your belt straps and they won’t be such a distraction. You definitely don’t want to be worrying about tightening up those parachute straps when you really need them, so it’s good procedure all around.
Miss you alot dude every time I see a private plane flying the world seems to so different because when I used to see them I would say that's probably Angel and now it's hard to see miss Yah man
Pacer with center mount radio ? Doubt it , Quick N number says a 1955 Tripacer Nice try !
Paul Van Tries a lot of tripacers were converted to conventional configuration. Commonly referred to as pa22-20. I can't be sure by the video but the nose up attitude on pavement looks like tailwheel to me. Not that it matters. Having flown both, that squirmy flair snd roll out sure presents taildragger...additionally he has elevator pinned back...taildragger taxi. If it is a tripacer he gets an Oscar. Cheers.
I have 2 original pacers with center mounts and Ive personally converted a few as an IA. "Nice try" of what exactly?
My 51 original pacer has center radios. It also has the Jag air STC which makes the center radio and a 6 pack layout possible.
@@The46Chief Convert anything you want. Original PA20 never had center stack, Thats it. Many guys present a tripacer as a pacer. Many have been bought believing same.
@@pauleyplay You're obviously having trouble with the English language.
WE WILL MISS YOU TIO ANGEL
Nice wish I could do that someday so much training to get there.
Love you Tio Angel
Fernando Rivas I know it fills bad to lose him ferny
Rip
So sorry to hear of your loss.
Nice video! Thanks for the editing. Also, I liked the speedup making the video more concise and no music (the audio was much nicer than any jazzed up music that obfuscates content).
Ken Perry Thank you, glad you enjoyed!
Thats Archie Yarger's Junior. Archie built several airplanes. More video of 9170 would be nice.
GZ ... i can feel your adrenaline after safe landing in your first solo flight :)
Dejan Pelivanoski it's pretty much just as good as your first ever solo! Except this time you have more of an adrenaline rush I should say, since you're flying such and awesome airplane!
I Agree !!!
That's very cool thnk you for replying for safe
Very cool angel love the music and formations flying , your sister was having lots of fun thnk you for sharing . I fly 172 but not like you guys . Are you allow to land anywhere.
Marin Delgado Thank you! Had a blast. Will be making more videos! & yes, we can land pretty much anywhere out in the desert as long as you're not making anyone upset.
hey mate! how do you do all the instrument set up from the back seat? have you seen some modifications of the instrument panel in the back somehow?
Nice! I as a fellow Eagle pilot, I know the feeling. Every landing demands respect and full attention. I go around if anything isn't quite right. It can start this tail, mains, tail, mains oscillation that's sorta funky. I'm still not sure why it happens. Probably touching down too fast. I have a few Eagle videos on my TH-cam channel. Mostly low level stuff. Again, congrats. Well done.
Thank you, I agree, if it doesn't feel right I also go around, like they say, go arounds are free! Thanks for watching, I'll be posting more videos as I practice for my first IAC aerobatic competition! I'll make sure to check out your channel! -Angel
How about a walk around video of the aircraft (including the cockpit)? And, if you build it, got any build photos? Thanks
I will make sure to take some video of the Corben all around and cockpit, I however don't have any pictures of when it was being built. Greetings, and thanks for watching!
One day.... Thanks for the inspiration
Glad I can inspire someone, I will most definitely make more videos! Thanks for watching.
@@angelt.6173 I soloed eagle 18dg today buddy. RIP..
Nice dude lol
Badasss dude!!
Thanks bud! More videos coming soon.
Felicitaciones Angel! A lot better than my first ever solo when I blew a tire in my Pitts (youtube video available)
Thanks Mitch, I'll check out the video!
Love it! But please... Tighten that bloody harness! EFATO can and do occur. My life was saved by a last second 'hatches and harnesses' check when mine happened.
Thanks for the feedback, but all harness where fasten and secure. The red loose one you see is actually the parachute, for which is not required unless intended aerobatics. Being a short guy, I use it as a seat cushion, but do fasten it when doing aerobatics. Thanks.
+Angel T. (SouthWestAviator) Thanks for that reassurance. It's a topic I am very sensitive about. I had done a circuit, backtracked and lined up for the second. Fortunately did the 'hatches and harness' check and cinched the seat harness really tight. At 120ft the engine stopped dead. If I hadn't tightened the harness in the resulting coming to earth the compass would have ended up in my brain. Enjoy the Eagle, I'm sure you'll have lots of great flights.
+Robfromnorfolk Thanks, will do. My instructor is really picky about the harness as well. Thanks for the positive feedback, I'll subscribe to you. More videos to come!
