There’s an E30 M3 in Hobart, Tasmania, that was converted to RHD in Germany, by a BMW technician. It’s a bit of a rarity and absolutely spectacular, too. Your painting was also lovely. I didn’t know you were such an accomplished painter.

Interesting got 60k kms out of PS4 on my Tesla model 3. And just replaced with PS5 from Costco in Auckland $1650 in total. No noticeable noise difference which is great

My F31 is Mineral White also, is an M colour , but also applied to some luxury lines models like mine - very hard to colour match due to l the addition of the pearls

I had a cast iron claw foot from a bathtub welded in So. San Fco. on Linden Avenue. Real welder out there. Theres another one in Hayward, Ras-Co Manufacturing. I used him for aluminum welding in the past but its a large business so Im sure he can do cast iron $90 an hour was his las price 2 years ago.

I have a 69 1300 Ti but with a 1600/twin 40 webers, Alfaholics fast road suspension, full Giulia Super external trim, BWA alloys, Nardi steering wheel, seats in Connolly leather etc. One day, I will get to enjoy it. such cool cars. My brother is currently building up a classic track/rally Giulia Super. Such an under appreciated car but fast increasing in value. I used to have a S1 1750 GTV.

The E49 "Tribute" - how did you get the scolloped rear quarter panels?

The quality of this car exceeded most cars of the time - look at the shut lines, hear the doors close. They were exceptionally well made and of the best materials - stainless trim, mechanicals made of best quality alloy and very strong. The gearbox was said by road testers of the time to be the best there was with an action likened to a well oiled bolt action rifle. Big four wheel disc brakes too in the days when most"ordinary cars used drums. You see how clever they were aerodynamically when you wash one what with the flush glass, wheels well out to the edge of the wheel arches, little spoiler above the rear window etc etc. An absolutely marvellous car greatly unappreciated.

Helpful! Planning on working on it myself, just recently replaced the entire radiator. I am very surprised how relatively easy such repairs are for E60, unlike anything electric 😂.

Thats a great tip i was doing spark plugs yesterday and the extension bar kept coming off so i taped it! Works great 👍 fkn discovered yesterday some genius installed the fan belt the wrong way on my n52 this was installed before my ownership however i will be changing it myself, thank you for the tips

Looking at doing this myself, are you sure they are f80 tension struts? They should be longer and push the wheel back to correct the castor somewhat.

I installed the PS5's on my Mini Cooper SE a month ago. I have been very happy with the performance and handling. They are very quiet which is great for a EV. Great wet weather traction.

Very nice car. Mine is a E60. My pilot sport 4 lasted only 19K kms before they developed 3mm radial runout. They wore unevenly and only tire geeks could diagnose the defect. I have Primacy 4+ on my other car and they last a long time and are smoother than the PS4 yet less gripier and less sportier.
