As a native Thai I'd say $10/฿340 is a little expensive. The set up and decoration is super weird by our standards: That type of glossy wall is usually used in toilets only. Same thing with the the floor usually it's either dry Parquet wood/synthetic floor for safety reason. The lock is filmsy. But the most strange thing is that toilet with no overhead partition. Humidity excess from the shower will make fungi spores grow very fast not to mention being a breeding ground for pests.

not every part of thailand is hot , if you go north in the rainy season you can see frost sometimes early mornings on the top of the mountains , people travel for hundreds of miles to see it
