You have an impressive gamut of skills. Not only do you do all this goat dairy farm stuff and outdoorsy stuff... you have all of these technical skills subtly on display: a website, a TH-cam channel, an edited tv-series quality show, and I even noticed the camera time lapse of the night sky. So many talents displayed, I almost feel bad for leaving so many out. It's all very impressive.

And I found your company from buying some halloumi cheese from metropolitan market over in Kirkland. 💜 I have to tell you it's better than any other Halumi cheese I've tried. I Have a bite before bed since it's lower and saturated fat and salt and calories than most cheeses and it really helps me sleep throughout the night.
