Thank you for getting info about this terrible disease out there. My husband passed away from bvFTD 18 months ago, at age 65. It was years of slowly escalating horrors until he was diagnosed a year before passing. I depended on online information and online support groups to keep my sanity. The only person who knew anything about it was his neurologist, and here in Oklahoma there are no support groups for this, although there are plenty for Alzheimer's. Thank you for the work you are doing.

To treat my husband's CBD, he takes 2T coconut oil. Then we added 2t MCT oil (in a small shot of whole milk) every 4 hours. Greatly helps. Started this from info learned from Dr Mary Newport (you tube videos) who explained medium chain triglycerides convert to ketones to give brain an alternate fuel because of low glucose uptake. Helps alot!!!! Going to add CBD oil to regiment (Cannabinoid oil) Please try this and you should see improvement!! We use pure coconut oil but more so we use coconut oil capsules, 16 per dose. Also cook and bake and use on toast in place of butter. Start slowly to avoid stomach upet. Whole milk helps. God bless you.
