I would prefer squats with a barbell or in a Smith machine. Incline press, curls, extensions with weights and calves. On the same day you can also do 3 exercises for 3 bundles of shoulder muscles. Breeding of hands with dumbbells, press on the front deltoid and reverse butterfly

Dont do this, if you dont take rest you will mainly build slow twitch muscle fiber which helps with endurance. If you take long rests and do your reps at 100% efficiency you will build fast twitch muscle fibers which will help with power and explosiveness combine that with a higher load to build even more strength.
