Good stuff...I think creating a compelling 'call-to-action' is the most challenging of your tips for real estate agents. Some of my clients like to use the MLS property search tool on their websites for this purpose. Do you think that is a good 'call-to-action? Do you have any other suggestions?

I would like using the smoothcam filter much more if it didn't jitter when uploaded to youtube. It looks great until its uploaded then it gets jerky in pan with no way to correct it like shown here. The consistent jerky movement is often just as undesirable as the original irregular, shaky motion.
