I really wanted to download the world but when i try to download it it will stop half way and wont restart. So idk how to download it. I have download other worlds before just as a zip but not from drop box. Pls help someone i would love to play this world.

I am actually experimenting with a design that works in both 1.8.9 and also 1.21 as I am going to start a new world where I stay in 1 chunk in superflat I will begin my world in 1.8.9 and eventually update it to 1.21. Getting a design that works in 1 chunk that satisfies the requirements of both versions is hard though.

when you download the world, the player data doesn't save, all items and echest is cleared. any fix?

Best thing to do is to get a few infinity + mending bows (+power +unbreaking +some 2 other bow enchantments) in 1.10 and only then update to 1.11. Same as its smart to craft as many enchanted golden apples as possible in 1.8 before updating to 1.9. And as its really good idea to get everything needed ready before 1.14 to create a few diamond armour sets with all 4 different protection enchantments (+mending and Unbreaking III ofc and + Feather Falling for boots), then to update to 1.16 and upgrade all this armour to netherite.

You can do a glitch by this command so your bow does not need repairs this is the command /give @p bow 2 32000 and you should get two bows that are almost broken and in your crafting grid put the two bows and it should give you one bow that does not break

Though there is a way to get a bow with both mending and infinity on it. But it's only possible with commands. Here's the command. /give @a bow{Enchantments:[{id:"minecraft:infinity",lvl:1s},{id:"minecraft:mending",lvl:1s}]} 1

i still think this change was a bad gamechanger. if you want to spend that much time mining gold, especially in pre-netherite minecraft, you should be able to craft these things to your heart's content. finding them in the wild is absurdly rare.

I wish you explained the Iron trench and Iron Foundry as those were both really interesting! The Iron trench was made using multiple villages to spawn the maximum amount of iron golems, but the villages would sometimes merge, so Tango used Redstone to unmerge the villages. Then there was the Lava Trench, which took Tango’s design, and basically over engineered it even more than it already was, and building it as many times as possible, almost increasing the yield by 20x. The Iron Foundry went by a different idea, it posed the question “what if the villages never merged?” It did this by keeping chunks of loaders inside of the farm at all times, in fact, it was one of the first farms ever to use chunk loaders (citation needed, but I believe he came up with the idea as soon as chunk loaders were invented, so it had to have been one of the earliest use cases of chunk loaders) The problem with the iron foundry was that it had to be inside of the spawn chunks since they would be loaded in first, allowing the dispenser to shoot the item before anything else loads. I’m not exactly sure why the iron foundry needs chunk loaders if it’s in spawn chunks, since I believe spawn chunks are always loaded, but maybe it was different in the early versions. Anyway, I was a little sad when you didn’t explain those farms, even though they became obsolete in the village and pillage update, they are still part of the history.
