Was in Lloret De Mar in 1971 stayed at Rosamar Park Hotel. Being only 17years old me & my friend had an amazing first time abroad holiday. Remember Co co’s Disco in the hotel. Lots of British pubs on the main strip & remember the fine pebbley beach where our feet got burnt walking on it 😂Still looks a busy resort but would it have the same atmosphere as back then 🤔 I very much doubt it 😏I will treasure my happy memories & maybe one day I will return ☀️☀️😎

spent two nights in this city back in 1988.. it was in around the 17th or 18 of April... not warm enough for swimming and we had to wear jackets during the day . we still partied hard and got hammered on the SANGRIA... lol

My childhood beach in the 1980's. We used to know the restaurant/bar owners. A lot less crowded back then... and free parking. But not much else I can see has changed.

I went there in 1994 when I was in the Army stationed in Germany. It looks a teeny bit different now

Hmm, Spain has a lot of charming coastal cities, but for most people Spain is all about Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia.

I only liked the beach All the shops in the city are similar and sell the same products. I don't see cultural representation.
