Not really much to see here in Hollis. But if you ever dig deep enough into the history. You'll learn of all the corruption and farm town politics. Most of the ones here with money, rely on subsidies from the government. All the farmers with their tin cups and their fake crops . Equal big pay outs from the FSA. But great video and content.

This was the blessed place to grow up. My family grew up here and so did I. Small town. But if the streets could talk what would they say you just never know. There is a lot of history in the small town. There were train tracks that run through the town and people committed suicide and apartments are Built on these train tracks and they are hunted I know cause I lived in them. Scary shit. But it is what it is this is the best town to ever have grown up in

So i was watching your videos and others.. very nice views. . But I can't seem to find the highway that is somewhere before macks inn.. it's in Idaho and there's a steep grade pass on both ends..it hugs the mountain and the other side of the road is a good drop.. I can't seem to remember where or what highway or road number.. I remember it because in 93 we traveld it going to Yellowstone.. I was hoping I could find it. Thank you for the videos again

I grew up in Northfield. I loved your trip down my memory lane. The park I used to walk to and there was an outdoor pool at the top. Downtown we used to call overstreet.

My grandfather lived his entire life here except the years he spent as an officer in WWII. My father was born here although he moved away for good after the war. I have happy memories visiting my grandparents as a kid, but also as a young adult. Nice to see the town still has life.
