Thank you again for posting. I just installed flaps and video helped a lot ! Manual does show which side short and long brackets go to. It’s indicated by front arrow directions However without you bring attention to it, I would have missed it !

Great video! While installing the rear flaps, I forgot to put in the clips and found that the bolts screwed in and held just fine. I realized my mistake and took the flap back off, then installed the clips just to be safe. The clips might not be needed, though.

Just a heads up, where the mud flap contacts the paint you might experience rubbing which could result in a scratch all the way down to the metal. That's what happened with mine (dealer installed) and now I have to bring it back to them for Ford to fix the paint and then put 3M on where it contacts the paint. Just a heads up to remove them and see if his happened to yours

Looks like they have much better coverage under the accelerator pedal than the factory ones, and cost less.

What the instructions don't tell is that when you put the tailgate piece on you should put the nut on the bolt so that it barely pivots when you go to turn it 90 degrees. That way you don't have to fight it so much, just put it in, turn it and barely pinch it and you are in like flint. Love mine!

I think om the instructions it says that it has to wait 24 hours before having any conduct with water. You just waited 2 hours.
