Drew Vierra as of right now yes, I pulled the motor out having it bored .20 over. Carrillo rods, ceramic coated pistons, stage 2 cam, arp main studs, heads have been gone completely through, irate diesel regulated return. Internal rotating assembly has been balanced. Making a compound set up, leaving my s468 and putting a s480 over it. Pretty much everything motor wise is new lol

Aussieieselman 13 with this set up, it was right at 4500. I’ll have to do another video, but I’ve seen pulled the motor and I’m completely building it from the bottom up. So far doing a full build with using all the best parts I can get. I’m sitting at 13k in the motor alone

what HP do you think you will have now

Aussieieselman 13 650 ish because I’m doing compounds and I’m hoping with water/methanol to be over 700

7.3 and hp is not a cheap thing. Most people would be happy with a gear head automotive tune and stage 1 injectors. There is really no next step without going hard out. Anything bigger injector wise, you need intercooling, and bigger (t4) turbo. To do that you need electric fuel, and upgraded hpop. Injectors run 1800 to 2000 alone if you install yourself (hybrids etc) Tune (custom) 450 Turbo and pipes for ic 2800 Intercooler 100-500 Hpop (t500) 500 Injectors 1800 Efuel (irate) 1000 Exhaust 300 (not including hours of firewal bashing haha) Ever other odd n end $????.00 Fun trucks, but if you want anything over 300ish hp that you could get with stage 1 injectors it gets spendy. I speak from experience myself. I’ve also had a 12 valve truck, loved and converted me. Swore I would never drive one. Currently driving a 2004.5 Cummins dodge with a 6 spd. As much as I don’t like the truck, I’ll take it over 7.3 hp issues.. and the cold starts. Hope it doesn’t sound like I’m hating, just personal experience. I’d have another 7.3, but I wouldn’t dick with power modification over exhaust and filter.

At the time of this video, I had 4K in the top end alone. Now I’ve completely pulled the motor out and I’m building it from the ground up. Right now in parts I’m sitting at 12k and I haven’t built the trans yet

obsMan good to hear thank you I wonder if the axles from a 99 to 04 then are the same then that would make it much easier to do the swap did you change the front and rear leaf springs from the 04 onto the obs what did you do to revert the brakes to a four-wheel disc did you replace the booster or did you go to the Hydro Boost brakes system

diesel power ford I kept the original leaf springs and u bolts that I already had. And as far as the breaks go, I literally just unhooked the brake line off of my factory axles and connected them to the sd axles and changed the proportionate valve for the brakes

Mike Turdo irate diesel performance sells the t4 mounting kit with intercooler pipes for 675

John Bias I didn't shim the springs at all and for the e99 intercooler I just cut 3 holes right next to the radiator and made custom mounts for the intercooler to mount/ sit on the frame.

MyHWYBro they're not, only 99 and up do. I used a early 99 intercooler on mine, because halfway through 99 they went from a 2.5" plenum to a 3 inch plenum

I'll post my dyno sheet and dyno run later this afternoon were I did 502 hp and 873ftlbs with hardly no overdrive because of my slipping transmission, top boost It would get to was 40psi, before trans went it was at 55psi. So yeah I'm probably way off on it. But honestly I don't know what the real numbers are and at the moment I can't afford to build the trans in it

Gavin Hebberd arp head studs, full force diesel stage 3 hybrid Injectors 250/200's, comp 910 valve springs, bw s468 turbo, irate diesel t4 mounting kit "up pipes, flange, and intercooler piping", E99 intercooler, fass 125gph fuel pump. 3/8" fuel line feed and return, terminator hpop( I really could probably stand an adrenaline or higher), standard ts 6 position tunes( haven't tuned it due to the trans), stock trans with a shift kit, homemade regulated return. Superduty axle swap out of a 04 6.0. Precision turbo timer for cool down. That's everything I can think of at the moment that I've done to it.

David Mcnerney currently it's stock and in desperate need of a rebuild. Automatically slips when trying to get into it at all in 4x4. Does somewhat okay in 2wd as long as I'm not in the 5th or 6th position on my ts . And my overdrive is almost non existent when rolling into while in overdrive.
