What size tire did you end up using? I'm trying to decide if I go 265/65 or 265/70?

I assume with a second pair of hands, it would have made the headache less? Lol. I'm planning a build and think I'll go this route

Also what did you do with the fog lights?

Nice rig. Is the rear glass able to open with the gates in the closed position? I really like that my hitch mount tire carrier allows me to do this but there are also some compromises off road that I don't like. Thanks for the video.

Thanks for the great video! I was gifted an 89 Mk2 Jetta 1.6td recently. It’s nearly rust free but needs a bit of TLC. Been putting the work in. I swapped the 13” wheels for 15s (185/60/15) and now I’m having some rubbing on bumps or when braking hard. Sounds like there is no other flare option without going nuts and hunting G60 parts? It’s a small bumper Jetta and I don’t really want to go big bumper. Am I right there was only 3 flare options.. small bumper, big bumper, and G60 big bumper?

Hi! Very nice and clear explanations. Did you remove the PDCC system? I have also a GTS 2008 . How do you adjust the links? By measuring the height of the car and comparing between the rear and the front of the car? I am having some chassis fault . Thanks a lot.
