Come to badin lake it’s great for sure we have a lake house down here and I can catch catfish right off our dock usually about 20+ fish a day in 10 feet of water

we use bricks and throw them into the rocks off the front of the boat and and anchor off the back

@@TeamReelScream I got a 16/80 Sea pro skiff boat what kind of anchor would I need , I went to the jetties one time with it and used the mushroom anchors 2 on the front 2 on the back and it wouldn't hold me stable

thanks for watching.... stripers should be there now... my buddy caught 20 or so Shad last weekend and the stripers follow behind them not to far.. I use rattle traps and big soft plastics seems to work good... last year a chartreuse green and a red jig head was a good combo

VUDU Shrimp.. Live shrimp works better

@@radigass we buy them from Dave's at Sunset Beach... he is next to the boat ramp... or sometimes we buy from off the shrimp boats at little river.. hard to find them right now

We caught a few small sharks trolling for kings and a few over the slot red drum at the jetties while throwing vudu shrimp on popping corks.. how about you?

Nice! We ran out to Little River Inshore Reef and tried bottom fishing. We caught several black bass all too small to keep. When the storm started coming in we spotted a water spout and decided it was time to head in! I see you fish a lot with vudu shrimp on popping bobbers. How do you rig them? Do you use any weight? Or do you just tie on a few feet of florocarbon line under the bobber?

yea we saw that water spout aslo... and yea I just tie on a few feet of florocarbon line under the cork... its the best way we have found when using vudu shrimp.

We are still fishing just not make as many videos as before... I am driving trucks over the road now so I time on the water has cut back... I have alot of footage that i need to edit also for a video just hard to find the time to edit... There should be some new videos coming soon tho.. thanks for watching

headed out in the morning to try our luck on the Little River Jetties for some sheepshead and black drum... hopefully we catch enough to make a video

no problem boss I sure will. Thinking about headed down there in the morning but just to do some catfishing.. I will let you know tomorrow how things look down there... If you google William O Huske lock and dam water level lit up dates every 24 hours on the water level.. I like to fish the river when its around 34-35 foot.. tomorrow level will be around 38 which is a little high but Im only a 25 min drive so I am going to try my luck

Thanks for the reply Buddy. I Googled the William O Huske Lock & Dam water level and saw that the water level at 7:00 pm April 21 was at 37 feet. I believe the water level of 34-35 feet is better. I'll wait for your text message when the water level drops to the fishable level. Thanks, Joe.

yes sir I fished for shad twice this year... and they are biting hard. I fished about week and a half ago and caught around 60 shad.. everyone was catching them that day.. had some buddies fish last Saturday and they caught a nice amount also. I just haven't had time to put together a video this year tho

my buddies dad has a place a few miles from the Sea Cabin that we keep the boat at.... we are going to be down this weekend fishing for sheepshead

not really sure where that is... I think I have heard of it tho. We are fishing Sunset Beach Nc Bridge in this video

TeamReelScream I mean where you are cleaning the boat. I have a house in that neighborhood, boat looks like one in our boat yard. I fish that hole at the bridge too. Good black drum.

yea that"s where we are cleaning the boat... you are right that boat is sitting in the boat yard there also.. Its my buddies dads boat... He just bought a place there last year..

TeamReelScream Looks like y'all got em' figured out. Pretty work. Just got a bay boat myself, I'm slowly learning some spots.

the bite is few and far between this time of year for the bull drum... the best time of year in October.. but that doesn't mean you can't catch a few here and there.. I would fish with menhaden for bait if you can find it
