Weigh in after 1st week after restarting my diet

Sorry it’s late just managed to weigh myself today. Hopefully I will be on time next week life just got in the way 😅

Sorry this video is a little delayed, Wales didn’t happen, diet is restarting on Monday with Mondays as weigh in days

It was inevitable but I’ve gained weight this week. My next video will be in 2 weeks time due to my holiday when I will start really focusing on my weight loss.

Day 2 after restarting my diet after my daughters illness. This video shows my weigh in and some changes to the Chanel

Sorry for the lack of videos my daughter took a bad turn on Wednesday night and was admitted to the icu thankfully she is back on the ward now and we are back home. Videos may be a little bit everywhere until she gets home and the diet is currently none existent but will get back on it as soon as she is back home

Update on our situation

Day 22 with a weigh in today and Monday. Next upload may be tomorrow or Monday depending on time or if my parents can come.

We are back at home after rosies surgery and ready to get back on track with the diet I forgot to video the results of my weigh in from Monday today so that video will be tomorrow.

Days 20 and 21 of diet and nerves are setting in for my daughters surgery tomorrow. Next week is a big week with her surgery, me having two scans and a wedding at the weekend.
