Sorry, I don't have .pdf plans. Mainly because this was as much of an experiment as an actual design. I hope to build another version perhaps starting this winter and make it a little larger. The string spacing was too tight for my fingers - though I do have fairly large hands. So hopefully my next experiment will be better suited for folks to try. :) Thanks for watching & commenting.

Well, it has been a few years now. I think I spent close to a $1000+ on the materials, and it took me about 2 years from start to finish. The harp is based on plans from Robinson Harp Shop. Of course I was only working on it in my spare time. :) Best of luck with your project.

No, but that's interesting. Might have to try it. I've seen others who use pliers to pinch the metal to better hold the bristles. But I haven't seen anyone heat it yet. Unfortunately at the moment I cannot try it as I'm not allowed open flame in the apartment. Thanks for the thought though!

@@RockSleeper not sure if that would be hot enough or not. Alas, I found out the hard way that a heat gun will also set off the fire alarms in the apartment, so I cannot use one of those either. LOL. But maybe when I finally find a house and have a workshop again, I can give it a try.

@@rosascreativeworks5403 oh didn't think about that. I know my heat gun will get hot enough, but smoke is definitely a possibility.

Thanks a bunch! My Dad builds wooden boats, and eventually (hopefully later this year) I'll get some videos up of his work as well. Those projects (boats) are too big for me. I'll stick with harps, but the craftmanship is still amazing!
