You missed lots of games

Far too broad a category and number, especially undefined. Date range? Chronology? As cultural artifacts? In what order? All those questions lead to asking, “What generation?” The games span different age ranges, across at least four “generations” of people - and while some games “defined” various peoples among those generations, although not others-with all sorts of “vice versas” at play- *very few* “defined” even the popularized, advertising demo “generations. You’d be hard-pressed to get even 66.7% agreement on any set of ten games - maybe even five. It might seem the more, the better, but that just muddies the waters-these 144 games _all_ defined a generation, especially ‘cause half those in the earlier generations didn’t even know about _Montezuma’s Revenge_ (better than Super Mario, for its time, but picked because it were onscreen as I was writing)... I mean, I guess that, if you were clickbaiting people who wanted to know what the title meant, the description pulled them in, even more, by liking it less clear. By that point, you’ve got 10 mins of viewing time... 🍻

Decent list, but you seem to have found the worst version of every game you possibly could. WTF is up with that Sonic 1 footage? The music is all wrong and there are thumbsticks in the corner? No sound at all in Galaga? Bomberman 2 renamed to dyna blaster? Road Rash called HOW TO TRAIN & SHOOTRoad Rash? Also you forgot several incredible games such as Descent, Driver, Need For Speed, Fallout, and many others. I know this is only a top 30 list but those are all better than... WTF even IS Mappy? And Battle City? Really? Decent game but it doesn't hold a candle to the rest of the list.
