    Nah bruh. West invented ocean sturdy ships as a response to ottoman domination of trade routes. I think that would have happened regardless and made the weather economically dominant before central asian landlocked powers. The mongols always had trouble with the water. But Brits, dutch, and Scandinavians have been navally gifted for centuries.
