Im normally the client and I’m always nice to call center agents. From anywhere in the world. And specially if from Philippines i tell them to stop with the scripts and just talk to me like a normal person. And that i lived there for 2 years.

yes the mock calls, i remember that when i was a trainee at TP. for me the more mistakes you commit the more you will learn. Now I am a candidate for operations supervisor thanks to my trainer.

Bastos at power tripper ang trainer. Paano kaya niya nakuha ang ganyang position with that kind of character? Frontliner pa naman siya. Very bad example of a leader. Boses pabebeng chipmunk pa.

Antipatika at power-tripping , if not trigger-happy, ang trianer. Halatang pinaglalaruan niya ang trainee sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng fake complex situation; kesyo ikakatwiran ng trainer na "it will happen in real calls so you better be ready"... Kalokohan! Sa panahon ngayon ay bawal na bawal yan at pwede siyang ma-escalate sa CCAP for either bullying and/or power-tripping.
