They've changed some of the electronics. As far as how the new suits go I haven't seen anything in action. A friend of mine bought the new MK47 from them and it was screwed up right out of the box if that tells you anything, he spent $8,000...wanted everything on it. Haven't heard anything else other than he's still waiting on replacement parts. That was a couple of months ago 🙄

@@davidm6900 that's heartbreaking, that's the one I've been looking at getting. How on Earth are they charging and getting this much money for the quality. They look so nice, very deceiving. I've been looking at RAWs I just wasn't sure how good the foam was compared to the plastic. And his build times are pretty long. What do you recommend?

Hi, you ordered the Master Chief Armor? I were looking for one like this one, but there isn´t much at the internet :/ It would be great to hear from you, when it will arrive :) Hope it´s nice, I think it´s a bit easyer to build than the Iron-Man Armor, it should be better :) Also the wrote, they solved the issues of quality.

When I first got it no. I reengineered it to where I can now with no problems.

Matthew Powell sounds to me like they're backed up like always and give excuses as usual. I've talked with guys from around the world and helped them with their suits and it's always the same issues...poor quality. The suits look nice and pretty, but, wearing them and then having stuff break or crack or just not work...that's the reality. There are other builders that can offer a better suit. Some have all the electronic toys, some don't. I'm not trying to discourage you of how you should spend your money, I'm just giving you the reality side of it. As I've said before...The stuff I've done on my suit works best for me, may not be the best for someone else since everyone has a custom suit built to their specs. Best of luck to you!

David M so it needs 12Vs? 4 double AAs only give it 6Volts.

the 12 volt battery supplies power to the suit - helmet, forearm missiles, hand repulsors and back flaps. The AA batteries are for the arc reactor in the front of the suit and the led's just below the torso. If you look at the inside of your suit where the actual main battery pack is wired, you will see a black box that has a sticker on it that reads 12v - 5v. That's the step down transformer. The link I sent you is for the battery pack that powers the suit. You will need to wire the connector plug to that transformer so you can use the battery pack. It comes with all the stuff you need. Just remember that you need to wire positive to positive & negative to negative. If you get stuck email me at davemansfield7856@gmail.com. I can take pics to show you how it's done. Sounds like a lot but it really isn't.

I have been watching tons of videos rather than impulse buying this suit and I've seen everything from broken parts straight out of the box because the plastic is too thin and fragile, missing parts, paint that just comes right off because of poor painting application/quality, and the poor harness system. Thank you for helping me make my decision as to whether or not to buy this. I'll be up front in saying at the current price, I do not see myself buying such a flawed suit.

Update on my search... there is a suit on etsy. com by the seller FunEce0991 that is advertising what looks like a bootleg of FBA for around 1,200 before shipping. I'm going to PM the dealer and find out the details... Appears to have the chest, eyes, and hand LEDs... the visual quality looks to be on par with FBA's. No idea if it has the backlights or the ability to open the helmet but for the price if you love modding kits this would be the best bang for your buck I have found so far given base price without anything for FBA's suit is around 2700 before shipping.

Yes. I'm doing videos currently of the suit. It's not bad for the price. I'm very happy with it.

As I said in my original videos...the work that I have been doing is for MY SUIT ONLY. If the work you've done on your suit works for you...great. These are made of many different types of materials as you well know. I'm doing all I can with the amount of knowledge and skills I have to make mine work for me. So far I've been successful with everything. If you have major problems with YOUR suit..contact buyfullbodyarmors.com since they are the one's that made these things. I don't have a problem with constructive criticism and having advice given to me. The information I've put out on my videos HAS helped several people from around the world since they can't get any help from buyfullbodyarmors.com. I do what I can to help out but I definitely am NOT the final decision maker as to what anyone does with their suit repairs...they are. As far as cosmetics of the suit are concerned...it's an Ironman COSPLAY suit. The rivets I've installed are for high stress areas and have worked out great! High strength epoxy and other materials I have also had to use to keep everything else from falling apart. I've had excellent responses and have done quite well with what I've been doing. Best of luck with yours...

is ok , I just wanted to tell you that James is a person available and many things helped me , certain standard li Chinese quality is not high , but if I put the rivets and costrusco gloves as you did in the video ... do worse than them . I embrace you all here ...

Cleoria...that part I don't have any idea on. Depends on where you're from. my shipping was only $200, nothing extra. There's a guy in the Netherlands that I talk to once in awhile, he had to pay some extra due to the country customs laws. Guess it's different everywhere. You could try a search on it, best thing I can think of...sorry I can't help you with that any further.

+David M There is one more thing......since James is so vague about everything, I am not sure exactly how many and what type of batteries I need. I saw something about that on your video, but I don't remember if you were that specific. Anyway, I think I got most of the same add-ons as you. So I will need batteries for eye lights, hand lights, arc reactor, the forearm missiles and the blue lights (underneath). I purchased the voice changer, but I don't know if I am even going to use it.

+Cleoria Smith You'll need 2 AA batteries for the arc reactor and the blue LED'S. The rest is powered by 4 3.7v AA type batteries you can get on Amazon. I switched over to a battery pack that gives me 14 hours of power since I'm at cons and events for a very long time. The voice changer is $#!+ DON"T GET IT!! Write back to James immediately and cancel that part to save yourself some $$$$. Look me up on Facebook (Super Dave Cosplay) I can send you links to everything you will need for future use.
