so when i do net start wuauserv it says the wuauserv service is starting. the wuauserv service could not be started. a system error has occurred. System error 2 has occurred. The system cannot find he file specified. in short therms - it didn't work

ive been using pc for a VERY long time . i used windows 7 the most and now i was forced to get this windows 10 garbage . I HAVE NEVER ! get registry files for wuauserv and bits from another windows 10 pc, add it to registry, restart, open cmd, start the services and that should solve the problem.

@@diandrajunies393 There is no such file in there, all I have are some *.tmp files (at the moment of the installation they are being created but I still get that error and if I try to double click the "OSPPSVC.EXE" it says the file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform\OSPPSVC.exe" does not exist, but it is there!
