Hey, Bea & Simo (aka Bemayone) here! We are a creative couple from Italy that decided to make their life an adventure, that's why we decided to buy a 33 years old van called Arthur and turn it into our dream cabin-home-on-wheels and start travelling full time on it.
The New Wall Is Up, Difficulties Aside | DIY Van Build
These walls were a nightmare... we knew that finding the right color could be difficult, but not this much! Be careful because the stainer depends so much on the wood you're applying it on 💪🏻 But we love how it came out and maybe it was the right one for us.

Van Life UK - Never expected this beauty!!
What month did you go? I haven’t figured out what month i want to visit… summer is to hot so the weather when you were there looked really good so was just curious
I absolutely love it I’m hoping to be there in 2025
Hi ! Do you have the dimensions to share with me please. I would like to do the same thing:) 🙏🙏
In my day Pevsner not Potter was the stimulus.
‘The Midge’s Hat’ is a great name for it 😂
Siete spariti non fate più video.
I always wonder whether the director of "Deathly Hallows" meant to do this, but there is a hill in Northern Lancashire called Pendle Hill, and it is a little bit famous for its legends of witches and witchcraft. So what? Well in DH1 there is a brief scene of Harry and Hermione with Pendle Hill in the background. And what is the main underlying theme of the whole Harry Potter story? Exactly - witches, wizards and wizardry. So is it just coincidence or did the director mean to slip Pendle in there? I never found out. Either way you have also captured it. It is the prominent hill in your background as you walk across it from 5:47 to 5:51.
What is super amazing is that the fantastical rooms in the movies are not movie sets they actually exist
I love people who love my country! Best wee country in the world!🏴🙏
where did you guys park the van for the night ?it's a great spot
Welcome to the UK, enjoy your discoveries of beautiful places.
Could you pls give me the Google Maps coordinates of Hagrids village? Very emotional Video❤
The many islands in the lochs in Scotland are historically places here people built village long ago. In Ireland, they are called crannoghs, and such places were ideal to live on: well defended, linked by boat to almost anywhere, plenty of fish, usually an easily-broken thin bridge to the shore. These islands are sometimes absolute treasure troves of ancient artefacts and evidence of habitation. They may be the reason why 'fairy islands', 'isles of healing', etc. are so common in Celtic myth and fairy tales.
You guys have great souls 🙏🏻 the universe will reward you ❤️
‘Pet’ is offensive to animals. You should call them ‘beings’ ❤️
I like the sunny days but It's the rain that gives us all the shades of green in the fields and in the trees. I'm ok with that :)
Wow! I have really enjoyed watching through your vlogs, as you discover more about the series you love so much. Your passion is infectious! ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so happy to have you here adventuring with us 💛
i been there and don't forget Edward 11 king of England is buried in Gloucester cathedral
There's only been 8 King Edwards...
@@krashdThere’s quite a lot at our local farm shop… 😎✌️
Edward II is one of the few monarchs buried outside London and the only one in the south west of England, IIRC.
I absolutely ADORE the way you say flood! ☺ You say it with the same double-o sound as in 'food'. Yet you pronounce 'blood' the same way we do. Which, ironically, has the same double-o sound that we use for 'flood' 😅 But please, don't ever change this!
If you come back, you need to visit Dobbie’s grave in the sand dunes.
Love that you brought your beautiful dog along for the ride, stay happy, safe and healthy 🏴
Well I'm happy for your happiness..it will be great when you are able to recognise the greatness of a place aside from it's connection to any movie.
We actually do appreciate the place too aside from the movie! It simply wasn’t recorded as the Vlog was purely about Harry Potter, but wherever we go we admire it’s beauty and history 💛
I thoroughly enjoy seeing your enthusiasm for Harry Potter and the fantastic fabulous locations that were used in the filming of these films. I live approximately 7 mile from Durham where some of the internal corridor in the cloisters where films . And approximately 45 miles south of Alnwick ( pronounced an-ick, you don’t use the L or W ). I know us English are a funny old race, dropping letter here and there . I hope you return soon and do some more videos over here 🇬🇧
She was do excited 😊 fantastic....also a beautiful girl
In Welsh, a double 'D' is pronounced a 'TH' just to confuse you!, hope you enjoyed my lovely country of Wales!❤
We went to Gloucester Cathedral, saw these corridors. Blown away!
Closters! not corridors.
They were so beautiful!! Happy you liked them too 😍
They also filmed at Hereford Cathedral. Chained library came up, also the open part of the cloisters.
A one hour drive south from Gloucester, near the town of Chippenham, is the village of Lacock. The Abbey there was Hogwarts for the first two movies. It was the dark arts classroom and Snape’s potions classroom. It was also where Harry's parents lived and was also the village of Budleigh Babberton.
We’ll be back for sure and thanks for letting us know! We’ll stop by FOR SURE 😍💛
So sorry I missed this when you first posted, your excitement for all things Potter is infectious, that you got to live your dream was wonderful.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate them 🙏🏻💛 we wish you a great day ahead!
I`m much more a "The Lord of The Rings" fan than I am `Harry Potter.` Mainly on the grounds that The Lord of The Rings is a far superior account of the unreal. If I had enough time left I`d start again with "The Silmarillion" ( `hard to believe that it is superior to TLoTR`s, but written by the same author and giving rise to The Lord of The Rings ) skip `The Hobit,` and go on once more to read "The Lord of The Rings."
Anything that touches your soul and makes you feel the way you did in this video is a beautiful thing.
oh dear - you went to the Divinity School, but didn't visit the Bodleian Library? "....not in the restricted section"? You missed yet more of Hogwarts.
hehe
So uplifting to see someone in bliss...bliss is something that seems in short supply right now. Take care you 2.
COOL 👍👏♥️💪
What a nice video!
Thank you so much!! We appreciate you watching it ❤
Should check out Glasgows devil's pool pit 💯percent 😊👍🏻🍻
Oh wow, thanks for sharing it! Definitely stopping by next time we’re in the UK 😍❤
cool vid......... we are going in april 🙂
Yayyyy we’re sure you’ll love it!! Thank you so much for watching ❤
Nice video, I really want to go there now it looks so nice
It really is!! You won’t regret it! Thank you so much for watching ❤
Clever idea and looks extra good, atm i have two boxes of instax wide and i dont want to buy for more albums, 20 or 30 euros per 40 or 60 pictures is too much if you shoot lots of film so this is a very helpfull idea and looks gorgeous. One Love from Greece
We’re so happy you enjoyed this idea! 😍 albums are definitely too expensive, and honestly it’s such a beautiful way to recycle stuff you already have or spend way less money and create it yourself ☺️ enjoy creating it and we want to see the results afterwards 🫶🏻
Hello there what a lovely day out, nice knowledge of the Potter 😄
What a lovely video and lovely couple. All the best for the future❤
here is a little atory you migjt like, as said in previous comment, i went to spain for 5 years with the company. why we went, my boss had 2 villas in mojacar, near mercia, million pounds each, he used to send us over all expenses paid, to do work on his villas, i drove, with van and all the gear, two other guys used to fly and rent a car., I had left the company after 6 years, and the boss called me, said do you want to do a spain run, i said yeah but can i take my wife, its no extra cost to him, we took the ferry this time to santander, 24 hours on the ferry, few drinks, yeah we british like a drink lol. a nice show on ferry, like second honeymoon. we landed in santader, from the ferry, 10pm we were on the road, 14 hour drive ahead, 3 hour into the drive, temp dropped from 8c to 6c to -2c, then snow, so bad, 2am in this morning, that i could no longer see the edge of the road, i said to my wife, we in trouble here, then i saw flashing lights ahead, it was agritter snow plough, i got behind that, another snow plough came, we followed these snow ploughs for 40 miles until we off the mountains, who would think snow in spain, then we had problems coming home, with weather, thats anothe comment lol
I live just north of the yorkshire. we dont get to much good weather, when we do, us brits make the most of it, everyhwere will get busy when the sun comes out.
This is so fun nd entertaining u guys wishing you all the best with ur TH-cam channel ❤❤
Thank you so much!! We really appreciate your words and your presence here 🙏🏻🧡
My cousin was an extra in the first three Harry Potter Films, mainly in the Hogwarts dinning room scenes and the Quidditch scenes.
Oh wow!! That must have been such a beautiful experience 😍
I'm happy to see you's enjoyed it here in Scotland and for Harry Potter fans. Whilst I have never seen the films, it's wonderful to see the energy you's have and is wonderful that you's got to see those places. It's wonderful to have a passion and love for something like that and certainly nothing to ever feel ashamed for. In my opinion, they should put up the original hut that stood there to give the fans something to see and experience and it certainly wouldn't take away from the nature and scenery.
Thank you so much Scott for your kind words! And we’re happy that we managed to transmit our energy (we cannot avoid it with HP 😅) We honestly didn’t know what to expect when we arrived, if the hut or not.. but we think that if the hut stood there, there would be much more tourism and for sure irresponsible people that could do whatever they wanted with it 😅 so in a way, it’s better this way!
Harry Potter is not popular in Scotland because he is English.
Found your channel, going through the videos, watched your scotland ones. Im from the UK, 58 years old. 40 years ago we were in scotland, adveture 2 weeks, we had to swim in lochness as part of our swinm training on october The temp then was around 9c, coldest thing i have ever done. we had to do a 50m swim, 25m out to a canoe and 25m back,
Oh wow that was crazy cold!! Cannot imagine how it was swimming there 😅 thank you so much for sharing your experience and for watching our videos, we’re always so happy to read these words!
i was also lucky enough to be born in oxford, I used to do atheletics for oxford back in the day, running on the track that roger bannister broke the 4 minute mile, ifley road oxford
Oh we’re sure you’re even better than Roger Bannister! 😉
