Including the GS all my vehicles are done annually except if it exceeds 5k a year. I've been doing the BMW change oil this way since 2004, after the 4 years free service expired. They will be able to understand the difference between the current police system not only of the United States but nearly all countries worldwide. There are just a few exceptions, like China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, etc. They will never be able to implement anything without me. To implement parts of the program for example, China - would take 2 years to fully achieve the full benefits. USA, would take about 20 years because of politics. Very good question! Everytime I do presentations, I send letters either by USPS and more by Fedex. My daily life is about writing letters and reaching out by email. There are some factors that I consider why these solutions I have developed will never work. 1) My name is not Jerome Powell or Janet Yellen. Well known people with excellent university background, but they cannot solve these problems. So who am I for people to listen to? I am just an Asian immigrant. One personal remark about what I am trying to do is this - Given the fact that America has been is many wars, destroyed countries and thousands of lives, why don't I just let it go and let America self-destruct? Someone asked me, when will I stop what I am doing. I said death will stop everything I do. Today, another letter and a copy of one book to one billionaire couple. Last week, 20 letters to JPL Executive Council and message thru Linkedin - not one response so far. Does all these dishearten me, no it does not. And I have been writing letter since 2001. How about you? Are you sharing my ideas to your friends and associates? Thanks again.

You speak about solutions working it makes no sense why someone would not want to “minimally investigate” solution possibilities and make their own. If your commitment is pure, to improve for your country. The country which you now inhabit, the USA, you would not object by someone taking the ball and running with it. Has that occurred to you. That humans inherently are selfish. Letting go and letting God do what is right in assisting you in your mission. The great thing about this country. Many times the answers to problems come from ideas that do not originate come from a University or think tank. But normal American citizens like you. There must be something missing here. No one can deny the truth once proven with irrefutable evidence. In the meantime thank you for being solutions driven, thought provoking and the caring person you are. Merely reading or hearing “bullet points” is not doing the due diligence. By anyone. It could be people in leadership are too ego driven and aren’t willing to listen. I pray not.
