Hi, do you use what oil in the stern drive?

What did you end up going with? I would recommend trying to match the factory interior color. If you go under the dash there should be some vinyl tucked in the corners that you could match up to get close.

Thanks for the close up of the box ....now if I can duplicate that for my cv16 .....almost ready for my interior .....I'll be watching this again for more reference on seats .....

Boy o boy ....I have the same boat....I'm restoring right now ....is there any way that I can get the measurements for the seats and bases. ....mine use the same seats ..but mine are to rotten for measurements....any help would be greatly appreciated......mine is a 75 cv16 outboard in blue and white .....thanks in advanced....

Hey Dave. Stumbled upon you due to the algorithm, I guess. :) I have a '76 CV16 that's been in the family it's whole life that I'm doing work on, too. If you haven't come across it yet, I'm part of a FANTASIC club for these. TONS of resources and just plain helpful people. cgoamn.com Get in the forums! Also, get on the FB groups Glastron Gang and Classic Glastron owners. If you have the time, I would love the dimensions to that center console. Mine doesn't have it, and would be great to put in while I'm rebuilding mine. I also HIGHLY suggest you put in additional stringers over the inner strakes when you put the keel stringer in. The reason I have to rebuild mine is that I cracked the hull on one of the strakes while jumping a wave last year. The design didn't include them, so it's a weak point. :(

We had a 1978 Glastron similar rust gold flake color. It was super fun to drive on Lake St Clair. Just had to get out early before it got too rough. Good luck 🍀 on the project!
