What do you mean by remain vertical, you cand draw the path as you like, vertical, horizontal, curve, ... And you can draw the profile shape as yoy like also. So what is your question? Can you explain more?
@@ds-pro1307 profile 1 and profile 2 will maintain to be perpendicular to the path and they will rotate accordingly whenever you edit the path , i want to keep the profile plane fixed and edit the path especially when i draw the path using arc tool, if you to edit the radios of the the path, the profiles will change their plane however i want them fixed Thank you for response

I want to create parameters cabinet, i want the door to change parameters There's a parameter option has a choice that we put in it the category for example it can be (doors, generic, etc ) so ...if i chose doors all the doors families in the project be available to choose, even if it's not suitable to it, i want a way either to allow only specific options or to create a new family type category so i can put the doors with in it, Can you help me please with any suggestions

I have a kitchen cabinet family I have in it a parameters option, allow me to change the door between two types of doors The issue is.. That when i want to change the door "The parameterc option" appears all the families in the project I need it to appear only the doors of the cabinet
@@Mohammed.ch. how are u adding the parameters? You should add the parameter in the family, by editing the family and adding the parameter from inside and not from the revit model as global parameter.
@@ds-pro1307 try to make a box and save it as a family Then make another family but with a void in the corner of the box and save it Now you need to start a new family, and insert the first box, when you pick it you will find an option under the "robin" (or top of the screen under the main options) the option say add a parameter , after clicking it it will show you the window that you can name it in and choose the family type then save it

how do you draw half a donut? or quarter donut
Using sweep method. Make a semi circle or a quarter of a circle for the path, and the profile of donut in the profile.

Who talked about more than on loop. When you draw a sweep you have 2 steps, the first one is the path sketch in this draw your quarter of circle, and the at the profile draw one loop gor th donut profile and that is it.
