Bro, everything in this video feels out of touch. It’s October 2024, and the water issues at Regency Anantam are still unresolved. This has been an ongoing problem for months. I was thinking about buying a flat here but decided against it because of all this. Honestly, who wants to spend their money and then deal with these issues every day? Living here feels like living in a luxurious village with all these basic issues. Here’s what life is like if you live here: 1) You’ll have to wake up super early, around 6 AM/8 AM, to fill your water tanks because you only get water for 1 hour a day. 2) The water comes from outside tanks and isn’t great for your health-it’s honestly sketchy. 3) You’ll constantly worry about leaving the pipe lock open and losing water. 4) The STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) makes things worse. The water from it smells so bad it could make you sick. 5) You’ll have to depend on bottled water for cooking and drinking because the supplied water isn’t safe. 6) There will be group of smart people who will decide to open water at their decided time, which other people may not be aware of, so these smart people can use the water. 7) The access to the taps which controls the flow of water from the tank, is through the bathroom, so there is chances you may slip. 8) Be ready to pay exorbitant Rs 5000/- fine if there is overflow of water from your tank. These are serious problems, and they’ve been going on for a long time. It's nothing but a luxurious village with basic amenities missing. Oh, and there are constant power cuts, but that’s not much of a concern. You can just buy a good battery/inverter.
