Interesting pairing between two tiny ephemera to recall colonial history through the role of flags. Nice!
The historical role of flags, particularly its depictions in art is indeed a fascinating cultural exchange - thank you for your kind words!

SO SAD .. THIS OUTPUT IS GLORIFY - ING CERTAIN CULTURES OVER THE INDIAN CULTURES..WHY NOT GLORFY THE INDIAN SENSE OF FREEDOM OF WORSHIP

Super info, K! We should order a pineapple and make a dessert. This calls for it.

Brilliant video! Fascinating to see how different cultures perceive death and the afterlife.
Viewed as quiet spaces with people spending on there own. Our museums talk to each other describe things to one another inside the galleries. It is like theybring a part of themselves to the museums.
that's a cool explanation, fun observation
Learning about the changes in our society through food and Art is a very interesting. Very Nice.
Map of the Maratha Empire and rest of India, is incorrect.
All these are Buddhist kings and Buddhist Shilpa kala where is the pali pakit inscriptions ?
I really enjoyed listening to this fascinating talk by this inimitable scholar of Indian art and painting; and also derived great pleasure and joy from viewing these rich and ornate and extremely colorful images produced by the Mysore court. I have an interest in manuscript paintings and I have shared this talk with my followers on Twitter. The talk was delivered with a certain controlled passion for art by the connoisseur and it was as greatly illuminating as the illuminations themselves!! 👍
ROBLOX IS LIFE!!!
Dada you are simply great प्रणाम ❤,🙏🏻💐
We all see the revival of modern day Kababi as a sport, but know little of it's heritage. MAP's contribution to understanding the heritage of arts as a borderless medium, within cultures as a borderless medium is truly evident thru this docu-episode on kabadi. Wonderful effort by MAP

They were called Shipper's Tickets and were never attached to bales of fabric or cotton, they were stuck on the front of cotton pieces. History is important to get right, especially if you are a museum
