Ingredients 2 ½ cups flour ½ cup shortening or 1 stick of butter (unsalted) ½ cup sugar ½ cup Brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 can of condensed milk 2 egg Instructions 1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. 2. Incorporate shortening and work it in with your hands. 3. Slowly add in the milk and egg and mix well with your hands. Add vanilla and do the same. 4. Divide dough into 12 dough balls. 5. Using a tortilla press or a plate, place a ball in between two plastic sheets or cut the sides of a Ziploc bag and place dough ball in between. Or just use your hands simple ❤❤ 6. Flatten ball to about 3 ½ inches in width. Just use finger you’ll be fine. 7. Heat a griddle pan on medium heat. Wait until pan is heated through and cook discs about 1 ½ minutes to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. 8. Serve gorditas de azucar, plain or with a topping of your choice and don't forget to pair it up with hot chocolate, coffee or milk.

I know I am late to the party but I did not finish the video the first time I sat down to. If Im right the shop you ordered these from had to change their paper. I noticed a big difference with most the pens I use. I really like the papermate inkjoy bright gel pens and archer and olive gel pens. Also the sharpie brush pens seemed brighter too. Sometimes I go over my pen twice or more. Also my signo uniball is nice (the thick one). Sadly my sakura ones seem to be soaked up by the paper and not be so vibrant. OK I am sure you wanted this wall of text about pens. Also I noticed in another video you posted that you use box stickers now...that is sometime I may need to do too lol....the amount of black out inserts I have is....LOL questionable. Loved the video <3 I have been watching urs so hope to watch them all! <3

These are my favorite all time cookies to make. My family loves them and asks for them all the time. I was planning to make them tomorrow 😂

I've tried this recipe using a lemon cake mix and they were SOOOO good! This week I'm going to try one batch with a strawberry cake mix and a second batch using red velvet cake mix!

INGREDIENTS 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix 1/3 cup powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1 Heat oven to 350°F. 2 In large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with spoon until well blended; stir in vanilla and egg. Add cake mix; stir until well blended. 3 Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheets 1-inch apart. Discard any remaining powdered sugar. 4 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional powdered, if desired. Store covered at room temperature. Save video!
