I am listed as the lead programmer on this game, which I only barely remember because it was 25 years ago and I worked on many different projects. The sound seems annoying. The game seems dated to me. We jokingly referred to these games as bathtub races because they were 2D. The hardware was too primitive to do 3D. In the video game industry at the time, the emphasis was on getting projects done as quickly as possible to make the Christmas market which really starts in the fall. It takes time to manufacture a game, so you had to finish during summer. If you didn't get a game done on time then it was a financial disaster. So consequently, quality was a secondary consideration. We did the best we could, but if we had more time I'm sure that we could have made better games.

The video for Kensei is off a prototype build and shows us more CGI bits we didn't see in the final game.

That music is rough. It sounds like several songs playing at once. Thats because I had another window open with the same video playing. Much better now.

I've noticed that certain weapons & Utilities never appear in Crates no matter how I change the settings any idea why? I have seen some of those items in crates in this game.

That Bloody Roar 2 demo is totally different from the one people got on OPM demos. Here, the player gets a choice of Uriko the Halfbeast, or Busuzima the Chameleon, two new additions to the character roster.

Ubisoft is currently working on a revamp of the Game Boy Advance game, UNO & SKIP-BO (which was later discontinued by Mattel), entitled UNO & DOS (not to be confused with the Microsoft operating system of the same name) for the Nintendo Switch
