How are we supposed to reconnect the internet??

So I come here to talk about my frustration, I bought my diffuser on August 9 and my first month I already had problems, they sent a new diffuser and now it stopped working. I have 3 oils at home without using sealed, and I contacted the customer service center and they didn't answer me for 15 days that I was trying, I made an appointment online and no one called me to solve the problem, and after that I contacted on Instagram 3x and they sent me an email offering me the VIP option FOR $109. Absurd for the fact that in less than 45 days I had to change equipment. My monthly payment is $70 to be exact. And they really have no consideration. Don't buy it! This is a matter of respect. The first time I contacted him wasn't to fight, just to know if it was right, but they said it wasn't right, so they gave me another machine. But still another problem! Guys buy at Walmart GLADE, less headache!

**Extremely Disappointed - Awful Product and Service** I purchased a device from Aroma360, and it has been a terrible experience from the start. The machine has made a loud, awful noise, like an airplane taking off, since day one. I called multiple times during the 90-day guarantee period, and every time they told me to run white vinegar through it. I followed their instructions, but the problem persisted. Despite being willing to send back the defective unit, they refused to ship me a replacement. After spending hours on the phone with them again, they transferred me to sales, where they tried to get me to sign a 36-month contract at $120 a month for fragrance, just to get a functioning machine! This is a poor way of doing business-sending faulty products and then pushing expensive contracts instead of honoring their guarantee. I am extremely disappointed in both the product and the integrity of this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have no idea who the moronic engineers who designed this interface, but they should all be fired in disgrace. This is the biggest piece of garbage to set up. I have ever ever ever come across. You should be ashamed of yourself. DO NOT BUY. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

He uses his wife as eye candy or trophy wife & she doesn't even talk in the TV ads!! Only good enuf to hear her voice on internet ads I guess! I looked up reviews on Reddit for the product & there's no way I would order this let alone his wife plays such a subordinate role.

I'm a consumer for the past 2 years, I own 2 of their largest machines to cover my 7000+ SFT home. I have spend thousands of dollars with them. I mention this simply because If I had a customer like that, I would at least try to answer theirs concerns on time. With that been said, Aroma 360 takes weeks (no exaggeration) to answer an email. If you need to speak to a live representative, that's out of the question, they do not exist with this company. I moved in the past month of September; it took 3 shipping cycles to correct my new mailing address, in the mean time, I was getting charged for a product that was going to literally another state. I would not recommend Aroma 360 to anyone. There are other companies that offer the same product and they actually have a customer service department. As soon as my contract is over I will make the change.
