True Best way to farm relations 1. Own a Castle near Laria 2. Be a Vassal of Either Baccus Empire or Sarleon 3. Thats it When your noble friends fight the noldor, they will leave the prisoners in your castle when they inevitible run of fear from the rest of them, leaving you a bunch of free noldor prisoners to save

one thing about ravenstern common unit is they upgrade very fast for both kierguards and ranger and can be rapidly train from recruit if u ever have big causality in a battle

Rangers of the Clarion Call should be competing for first place between them and the Phoenix because of the sargents Sure, the Shadow Legion have the best knights by far, but they sargents are a serious detriment, being destroyed by range units, they are not good, and the knights carrying the order is not something i would call in their favor The Phoenix and Clarion however, have sergeants that complement their weaknesses and are actually really good (The Rangers of Clarion distract the enemies while the Sentinels take advantage, while also being able to fight against cavalry/ The Phoenix Sergeants lead the charge and the Knights finish the job)

Gotta give at least a mention to the Holy Knights They give you that feeling Swadian Knights gave you in Native A horde of heavy knights destroying their enemies with a glorious charge! Just that now they can scream DEUS VULT

I really wouldn’t recommend using an elixir of archon so early on. The weapon proficiency bonus it gives you is so meaningless at a low level (you can easily level weapon proficiency anyhow) that its better to invest the qualis into a cko. I wouldn’t invest in elixirs until its very hard to level up proficiencies and attributes.

I stated a Sarleon playthrough recently and I found a mostly cavalry army with Halberdiers held back defensively is a great strategy! ...Assuming you have plenty of Hero Adventurers and or Clarion Knights to use as your archers lol. Sadly the Halberdiers take AGES to lvl up...

Siege defense is best for baccus because i remember when i was a Marshal and took a castle then sent most of my forces thinking none will attack then suddenly a force of 400 or 500 Fierdsven came running down so i went back in the castle and placed legionnaires at the gate like 30 or 40 of them while my 50 or 60 armored crossbow men sniped the enemy Safe to say it was a blood bath

In my opinion the best knighthood order is The Order of the Griffon if you take the letter option during character creation. You can create Griffon chapters for only 25k gold, which means you can spam them at every castle you get, give them to your lords and they will field griffons. Upgrading Griffons mean upgrading all your lords. While they are not at par with phoenix or Shadow Legion when it comes to 1v1 knights, the order of the griffon is not far behind when it comes to stats, they also wield the strongest weapons in the game among mounted knights, the sergeants are great heavy cavalry as well, and the best equipped sergeant for sure with ebony dueling sword or silvered longswords. As of 3.9.5 Joining them gives some of the best looking armor in the game which also has stats similar to the base rune plate.

IMO the best CKO setup is heavy cav with Fierdsvain Curved Waraxe and a fast 100 speed 600+health shield(My preference is knightly kite shield because I like showing my banner off, but one could easily replace with ASP or Noldor enchanted), long knight lance and crossbowmen with Mettenheim arbalest and bolts, heavy board shields and dragonspine axes, this makes the combination good in the field but extremely good in sieges. AI isnt smart enough to use use swords properly and morningstars or battlehammers are too slows in sieges, so axes are the best. Just see how valkyries perform in sieges to know how good axes are. also on field battles if you are on a hill just tell your cav to stand 20 paces in front of the Xbow men, spread out twice and dismount and then stand closer 4 times and form a line ten paces behind, this creates a 2 layer protection and the Xbow men will rip everything apart that climbs up, Mettenheim arbalest pierces shields as well.

No matter what they are, they die quickly and extremely hard to train. What you can do is suffer until get your cko with decent gear and stat, ranged, then capture/release lords just to increase relations until get them.

You can also pu the shieldless units in a seperate group.that way they can be told to wait while the rest of the infatry advances before them.

Are lances really worth it for the heavy cav?I noticed that my companions perform better without them.

I almost completely agree with the top 5, I was surprised to see Kraken Cultists on number 2 as I haven't used them yet. Other than these, I like Order of The Eventide because their Knights are really reliable and their Sergeants are horse archers with hornbow and some has lances, I also like the Ebony Gaunlet because they are simply the best crossbowman and have decent melee, seargants are well equipped but that's all. I also like the Radiant Cross Knight because it has the best armor in terms of protection/weight. At the end of the day I always play with the Clarion Call, theyre just fun and they hunt Jatu so it's easier to get to top :P

So it promoting nobles truly impossible, or just "You will never earn this much XP without cheats" impossible? If the "Experience" page on the Wiki is correct, you will need to feed each noble 402k XP to level, about the same required to get Lethaldiran one level up.

Hello! I would like to know If this mod era spam reachs renaissance? Like until year 1525 or so? And If have accurate units in this mod, like depending on region or year?

The ai not following same naval rules as player was also an issue (at least for me) in Viking conquest too.

If the AI did take out that last city, it wouldn't cause the 20 man parties to disappear, they will just keep raiding villages and hiring mercenary companies, and continually plague the victor faction.

I once beelined Laria on my first marshalship (Fierdsvain had taken it from Sarleon), was denied it, and immediately rebelled. Somehow Sarleon made peace with me 1 day after, probably one of the luckiest moments in a Pendor playthrough. They came back for revenge a couple months later, but by then I had plenty of Sentinels to fend them off.
