always was sad that he got killed off relatively soon with so much potential for growth from being a side character. that’s almost unheard of in shows, the way it was written with him being the colossal was so insane. i remember thinking how Reiner being the Armored was a somewhat easy guess but nobody absolutely nobody saw Bert being the Colossal. i do realize his death was good for writing but i am just curious of what could have been had he have been in season 4 as an antagonist. truly one of my favorite written characters ever.
